Wednesday 399 burgers…..not for me. Ordered a burger off the menu. Menu items don’t count as 399 burgers. Bate and switch going on here. Never been so pissed about a burger. The waitress was nice but that’s about it

My husband was in a couple of different bands that have played there over the years. We hadn’t been there for 8 or 10 years, but we always loved their wings, so today when all the restaurants at the mall had lines out the door, we opted to check out Broadway Brewhouse. The wings were excellent, the hamburger’s & fries were also great. They haven’t missed a beat in all these years. We’ll be back again!

OMG THE CHICKEN WINGS!! BEST ONE’S I’VE HAD YET!! NO DOUBT ABOUT IT, HANDS DOWN, #1 BEST CHICKEN WINGS!! Great drinks, sports bar atmosphere, pool tables, multiple levels/floors, awesome staff, and amazing patrons!! Tosha was AMAZING behind the bar!! Fantastic drinks, and Perfectly Spot On recommendations with the wing flavors!! Brewhouse, I’d been once before, and came back for more. The second go round was even more Pleasing and much, much more Satisfying because of the Gem u have in Tosha!! I can’t say this enough and to readers of the review, it’s gonna get repetitive! Food is decent but if you want rude customer service, go to the brewhouse! the bartender was so rude to the other customers & my mom tried to get a refund or a fixed order & they just threw her food away with no refund… i’ve also heard the same, bad, & rude customer service experiences from other people as well

We had never been there before. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn’t too busy. We seated ourselves since there was no sign that said to wait and no one greeted us. (That would be only complaint.) Waitress and food were excellent. She was very good when asked when what to recommend. My Farmhouse Salad was huge and tasty. My hubby loved his Philly Cheese steak.

My friends and I showed up to the Brewhouse tonight at 9 pm. We didn’t get approached by a waitress until 9:45 pm and she was extremely rude. She avoided us until a later time because she didn’t want to serve us upstairs. We were just planning on playing pool and having wings.

First time in drinks were great. Bad review is because they overcharged my bank account and when called they said it was because our card “didn’t” work but I got a receipt and had to sign so both proof it worked. Won’t go back
