ABYSMAL service every time I go to this location. They haven’t gotten my order right one singular time – once I ordered a hot caramel latte and received a HOT CUP OF MILK without any coffee added at all. When you try to correct your order, staff is rude – if you can even contact them at all. Today I mistakenly ordered delivery from this location instead of the uptown location, and they sent my iced coffee without a straw. Save your wallet, save your sanity, save your blood pressure – drive a half mile to the uptown Dunkin on Sunset where you’ll actually receive what you order without an attitude.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I was doordashing in the area when I first walked in the girl behind the counter was helping two other customers that were together which was fine. I noticed there were two other guys that were part of the staff one was behind the counter throwing away donuts the other was sitting down on a table on his phone. I waited about 15 minutes for the girl to be done and finally helped me as the one that was sitting never asked if I needed help and the other one that was trashing the donuts proceeded to sit down and get on his laptop instead of asking if I needed help. I make her aware that I am picking up two doordash orders she tells me that she didn’t receive any orders but if I could tell her what they were she could make it. I tell her one order she prepares it and for the other they were out of what the customer wanted. I proceed to ask if she would get in trouble if I took the order being she never received them. She states she won’t that the orders would come through eventually but that their tablet for doordash orders was dead and just needed to be charged for the orders to come in. Which in my head I’m thinking isn’t this your job to make sure this is always charged and on but apparently not. The store looked dirty and unattended as if the employees could care less about it. They were out of a lot of things including donuts yet they were being trashed. Not to count they couldn’t even place the right donuts in their right place hence the photo attached. This had to be one of the worse services I have encountered while doordashing in Asbury Park. Dunkin Donuts you gotta do better in this location or you will continue to see these bad reviews which I’m not shocked there are so many.

Absolute incompetence. My gf and I went for 2 mochas and it took half an hour with them likely delaying orders ahead of us. We had to pull up to the window and repeat the order several time and they still got it wrong and we left.
