the drive thru girl doesn’t need to be stressed and worried looking because the rest of the staff can’t communicate. tell people if their food is taking long, and if theres a mistake— tell them— so they know you haven’t forgotten about them. I was up there today for 15 minutes waiting for food. many cars went after me and left with their food.. you shouldn’t be parking more than 2 cars…. ever….

Ordered special offer 8 pieces chicken +8 tenders. On the way to pick up, order got canceled. Reorder again but at restaurant order got canceled again, without reason given. Asked at counter for same deal but was told it cannot be done there, had to be on the app! I ended having to pay different combinations which cost me $10 more but with less 3 pieces of tenders. I think this branch do not want to accept special offers so learn from my lesson, if online order get rejected please try another option. This is a pity since this store is newer and nicer than the one in E. Colonial. But not worth 30% less value.

Every time I buy chicken from the KFC in Oviedo it’s alway soggy. Some of the chicken have no skin. I complain to the manager and he and he said that’s the manager said that’s the it comes out sometime I would never eat there again I’ve eaten chicken before at the one 436 always on point. We were very excited to try the new chicken wraps after seeing them advertised. Don’t waste your time and $8.00. We waited 15 minutes in any empty restaurant for a chicken nugget in a MINI tortilla with a tablespoon of coleslaw. Even McDonald’s old snack wraps were DOUBLE the size. My husband and I looked at each other and laughed when we opened the bag and saw the feast made for a gnome. When he went up to inquire what’s up with the false advertising, there was no trying to remedy the situation. The boy at the counter oh okay I’ll tell my manager and turned and started helping a customer that walked in. After waiting a few minutes and not being addressed or even attempting to fix, we left. Oh! And cold French fries were missing too that we had to go back up and ask for. If you value your time and money save it for somewhere else.

We placed an order on Saturday 10/09/21 around 1:30pm. When the cashier took the order (I believe it was Leopold), he was very friendly and answered all the questions we had concerning the side orders on the number 7 meal. Leopold confirm that it comes with 2 sides and the french fries. We specified that one of the chicken sandwich don’t put any pickle on it. When Leopold was done, the printer for the receipt was OFF, so I turn it on and heard it printing, but nothing came out, so I guessed the paper was jammed. Anyway, we didn’t get a receipt.

Be wary when ordering the individual sides. The side of Mac and cheese was half a scoop a toddler or baby portion. Didn’t even fill half of the container. Also did not provide me with my credit card receipt. Helpful so if you have to go back to dispute anything on your order – if you are not going to give correct portions of sides, might as well don’t make me spend $3 for a spoonful of Mac Amd cheese. How hard is it really?! Will not be returning to this location.
