My experience at this cute little Italian joint was fantastic! I loved everything about it; the drinks, the apps, and of course the entrees. A must have was the 8oz meatball, unbelievably delicious. Dinner was delicious and wonderful. Our waiter was professional and friendly. Only suggestion would be to open around 3 pm for those attending Mayo Clinic and need to eat earlier due to fasting periods for tests.

It was my first experience at Gusto’s, our server was Alexis Punngton (we asked her name at the end of our visit, we do not know her at all) She was very pleasant, friendly and extremely efficient! You had a large crowd, but she was attentive to our needs as the night progressed, she never forgot us and would stop by the table to check on us. Her knowledge of the menu was spot on! obviously we will ask to sit in her section on future visits. Please pass on to Alexis our sincere thanks for making the night joyful. You do not find this type of service anymore.

Went there around 5:30 and the restaurant was empty. The hostess said they could seat us at a high top. My parents are in their 80s and we asked for a table. She said she couldn’t seat us at any of the many empty tables as they were reserved. What the hell. We went across the street, had a great dinner at RPs. They were quite busy but we still got a table. After dinner, I went back and they still had many empty tables. She did not apologize and still thought she did the right thing. Losing customers forever is never the right thing
