Absolutely, hands down the nicest employees of any fast food place or restaurant in our area. They are seriously the nicest ladies. This is why we enjoy coming here for our tacos.

So not only do they screw up making nachos. And now waiting longer. The entire crew speaks a foreign language and one of the crew just dropped the f bomb. Not something that invites you back. Should be addressed quickly everyone speaking a foreign language, they forget white people speak Spanish and hear things being said. Extremly rude.

My husband placed an order on the mobile app at 2:30pm for a BOGO burrito. At 2:48 he calls to tell me he still didn’t have his order and was going to be late for his 3pm appointment. When he questioned one of the employees about his order (which mind you there is NO ONE tending to the front desk), the employee flustered and mumbled they were getting it ready. Another 10min go by with no order insight, my husband then had to leave as he was now significantly late to his appointment only to walk out empty handed having paid for an order on the app that he NEVER received. The service is disgraceful, and the lack of care and attentiveness speaks volumes. If I could give zero stars I would. I highly doubt this “fast” food location will continue to be in business unless they make some significant improvements to their customer service….I won’t hold my breath.

Ordered the #1, and 2 side tacos. The food was cold, the fries were old and cold, the tacos were empty. They barley put meat or veggies. The were out of coke, Dr Pepper and Fanta product. I had to settle for sprite and the drink turned out to be flat with no flavor. This was a waste of money and the food was thrown. Horrible food, I was better off going to Taco Bell. Won’t go back to this location.

me and my husband was just now at Del Taco in Bernalillo, we are a really loyal Del Taco customer, 3 workers only in the whole restaurant, one of them was working with food and toke his hat off and start scratching his head , the other workers saw us standing waiting for someone to come help us not even one of them didn’t bother at least to give us eye contact and approach us , really bad service, this place just open and it already start giving bad service to customers !!!!! It’s a really bad startup
