Had the pleasure to try their food at Guthrie’s Red Brick Night on 8/5. Ordered their chicken fajita nachos which were amazing! Huge portion with plenty of questions, fresh jalapeños, Pico de gallo’ shredded cheese and other good things. Maybe a tad light on the meat but I didn’t mind. Staff was warm and friendly. Would definitely order from them again.

The A-frame menu board said $10 with meat. Paid $14 for some concession stand nachos!. I mean it! The chips were the gold round ones you get at the bulk discount store. The “Asada” some long strings of roast beef with some kind of spices . My other two co workers couldn’t finish theirs either. Mine had extra cheese and my coworkers was dry, not enough. Even if I was inebriated, I would choose something else.

Had the beef tacos, and it’s seemed like the beef was unseasoned and soaked in lime. The menu said it came with shredded lettuce, cheese and pico. Person in the truck said it normally doesn’t come with that, which is odd considering it’s on the menu. Others had similar issues with there orders at the same time. Overall disappointed, and not worth the asking price.

We love Psycho Taco!! We’ve scheduled them now for two large church events and they’ve been great to work with! Delicious food, fair prices, reasonable wait time, and kind staff! Highly recommend! The mayhem loaded tots are my favorite, but literally their whole menu is so good!

Love this taco truck, they are everywhere. I have tried them several times. I had the street tacos and chicken nachos on my last visit. Both were very tasty, loved the fresh red and green peppers on the nachos. along with the fresh cut jalapeños YUMMY!!! Highly recomend!

One of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. Ordered the carne asada nachos. Meat was a large clump of shredded beef (sour, but hopefully just cooked in lime juice or something), shredded cheese was very gummy like water was spilt in the bag and left at room temp for an hour, and chips were all pretty soggy. 2* because they were nice enough people, but man a rough lunch experience for me.
