This WAS a great little hole in the wall Mexican restaurant we’ve been going to for years. But their hours of operation kept changing and their prices skyrocketed. Now they charge you for every little thing if you ask for a burrito a little different than their menu says. I wanted a carne asada burrito and took out most of the items…but asked for cheese. “It’s dollar more”, when you ask why…since you took out most of the other items all the cashier said was…”it’s a dollar more”. Then charges for using a card???? Sorry. We used to come here all the time, but it’s not worth it any more.

I went to get some breakfast with a friend, the cashier was rude. I had asked for for the meat well-done, she responded with” it’s already cooked well” Just her whole demeanor from the moment we walked in was just like ugh I hate customers so much, not even one smile. The food was very good I will be returning, but if I see that cashier I will not go in and I will not buy any food from there. Customer service is very important which is why it only gave two stars.

A little hole in the wall that only takes cash but omg is it good! $2 tacos and they pack them good. They have a salsa bar that includes my fave a habanero salsa that is delicious. And don’t forget the carrots and radishes. Bring $20 get 6 tacos and if you need a something different to drink 7-11 is next door

Best tacos in the South Bay! I always get their carne asada tacos. Their red salsa is to die for, can’t get enough. I also love that they give you spicy carrots/jalapeños with each order. It just makes the tacos and experience even better. Service is always friendly as well.

Great little restaurant! I’ve had their tacos and torta, all of which I liked. Very friendly staff and the free condiments super. Right next door to a 7-11 which is convenient. Prices are reasonable.

This place is our go to Taco place!! They’re salsas are always good and so are their carrot’s. They’re never stingy with their meat! The Customer Service here is always Wonderful! My Husband also loves their Burritos! Never a long wait!

This was my first time trying Panchos Taco, and unfortunately, it was also my last time as well. I decided to give this place a try since it’s around the corner from my current jobsite. I called in my order for 3 asada burritos. Once I arrived for the pick-up, one of my coworkers changed their mind on their order. They wanted to change for a asada quesadilla. The guy working there told me that the order was ready-made, and I requested a change that would like to change one of the burritos for an asada quesadilla. He said that “it would be a waste of food and we didn’t make the mistake.” So he did not help change the order or offer any way to make it better. The customer service experience was very poor. I was on my lunch break and had no time to argue, so I just left and let it be. Also, I paid almost $33 for 3 small burritos. There was more rice and beans than meat in the burritos. As a Hispanic food establishment, this place is a joke! I’d rather take my money to Chipotle, where I know they will make my burrito to order and assist with changes.
