It was ok.. went to try their chicken sandwiches and as for my experience was not good. The bread was hard, dried. No Mayo, No Mustard just 4 Pickles I ordered the lemon pepper was just disappointed. You don’t get full at all and fries were extremely salty. I wish they still had the potato salad have in mind this is NO chicfila they try but NOPE. You got no condiments so I ate the chicken by itself. I tried it with ranch dressing all it did was absorb it. Tried the nacho cheese just didn’t give it justice. If that burger had a nicer presintation it taste better. But I won’t eat that anymore and stick to their usual Wings with Bone… for a $8.99 +tax dry sandwich totally Not worth it. Sorry, Not Sorry

Took about 45 minutes to get my order that I placed in person. When asked them why so long it took. She we called your name at the counter. I told her I was sitting over there didn’t hear it only the plates that were served they called out loud. Was very up set with them did get the drink they charged me.

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. This place is so dirty I’m surprised it has been shut down. As you come in you get a nasty smell like mold and vomit . The coke machines are so dirty that I didn’t even want to get drink from there. By the way the machine looks i bet they haven’t been cleaned in a few months or more. I don’t even want to imagine the horrors where the food is prepped. Will never step a foot here again.

Customer service is a joke here. They forgot to place a large ranch in my order, I called and the girl doesn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Instead she says” well, are you going to come back? I guess I can give it to you “ well no kidding, I paid for it. Honestly they need to teach better customer service to these people.

Customers shouldn’t have to deal with retaliation for complaining that their order was wrong. I went back to have my meal replaced and they drowned the wings. Made a mess of my truck. Really unprofessional and petty. Very unfortunate since I always order from here and love the service and meals I get from this location, but this was completely unnecessary and unacceptable.
