I usually don’t do this but I guess I can’t let it slide. I’m a regular Customer and I always treat everyone working there with a kind attitude even tho they’re slow. But this location should Hire people who can show a little more Pride specially Hiring Teenagers. I understand these kids have to deal with Nasty adults. But one kid looks like he HATES working there. It isnt the first time, I pulled out my StarCard and he said something like “we don’t take that here” (signs say that you do and I didn’t see any sign that it wasn’t working or anything) either he can’t do the process or doesn’t feel like doing it. Bottom line Everybody has been paitent with me as a customer and has tried their best.

This location on Hanscom never seems to amaze me. First of all, fast service under “Highlights” needs to be changed to slow service. Today I placed the most simplest order on the mobile app. I ordered a plain croissant, not toasted. That means, grab a croissant and place it inside a bag and then place on counter. Boom! Simple right? Wrong. Five min after submitting my order, I walk in thinking my order is ready. There was quite a bit of people in line so I was like “okay, they are busy, I’ll give them a couple more min”. I ended up getting my order 15 min later. This isn’t the first time this place has been so terrible. Five out of six times that I’ve ordered a maple croissant sandwich WITH NO CHEESE, they ended up making it WITH CHEESE. Very disappointed with this place

I am pretty sure I left a review a few months back and now it is gone. Service is awful. No customer service. It is like they go out of their way to hire young people who have no social skills. I dont find this surprising. Their manager isn’t a bundle of joy himself. There is maybe one or two who actually smile and provide a delightful experience. Please if you are going to hire teens, young adults, and this is their first job, have someone there who can show them the right way to adult. Manners, Customer service skills, etc. Remember, they wont be there forever. Teach them life long skills. Especially if we are getting boxed donuts delivered from elsewhere, which are just sitting on a rack all day for someone to purchase. Make us want to come back……

This places has actually gotten worse in the last year. I don’t know if it’s because of management or if the people working there just suck or are lazy but, it took 15 – 20 minutes for a simple medium ice coffee at 3pm on a weekday with 3 to 4 people working there explain that one to me. The sad part was that only was lady was actually helping customers while the rest of the employees did prep on the back. Very dissapointed with this Dunkin’ Donuts.

The sandwiches always come sloppily put together. Seems the drinks always suck too. I have yet to have one good coffee here. It’s always burnt to hell. At least it seems they’re clean and sanitary though.

Messed up EVERY online order we have ever made… usually missing food that they never reimburse. Lazy employees that just don’t care about getting your order right. I expect a little more when it’s on base… but it’s by far the worst DD I’ve been to so far. ‍♀️

Always crowded after 0730. I always feel bad ordering food because the line can get so long. Otherwise, an average Dunkin. The food court seating is very clean and open. The employees are series fast and sometimes excruciatingly slow. It all depends on circumstances that day.
