Ordered ghost pepper wings and got this.. first picture is what I got the second picture is what I wanted. Burnt wings, fried in oil grease, smell and taste burnt.. what is really going on?? If there was an option for no stars they would definitely would get no stars!!!

Went up to the window and ask for our door dash order and the lady said we needed to be in the car so we got in the car and went through the drive through, she never said what side we needed to go through and we sat in the drive through for 40 minutes. When we finally got to the window we realized we could’ve went to the other window but she never said that, then she was taking her slow time as if we weren’t already sitting there for 40 minutes. She had an attitude when speaking and she gave a unapologetic apology. It’s really slow, wasted our time and it wasn’t even our food. They need better communication and clearly more workers. On the way to drop of our dashers order, we realized that her box of food was open. They didn’t close the box all the way and the bag was wide open for it to get cold as other places taped it shut, definitely suggest doing that.

This location was our favorite to get chicken from, but the last 2 times we have been there we have waited almost an hour for our food . This time our chicken was overcooked dry and to top it off they forget our biscuits. I will not be returning back.

I arrived and was told that there was no spicy chicken which is fine, no worries. I waited in the drive-thru for more than 20 minutes. Not one apology, discount….anything for the wait. The chicken was cold, biscuits hard and order was incorrect (received red beans and rice, instead of mac and cheese). I will not be back.

This location is horrible with customer service and the manager needs some real training. First listen to the customers issues and then come with a real answer to help resolve it. The attitude and rudeness is unacceptable.

I visited Popeyes on Auburn St. Rockford, IL on Friday April 28, 2023 @ 4:15p.m. for Lunch. I was the only the Car in Drive-Thru. It took 5 minutes to order & another 5 minutes to get my Order. I had only 30 minutes for Lunch & 20 of those minutes were trying to buy my Lunch @ Popeyes. Horrible Service. And, the young man @ the window SHOULD HAVE HAD HIS PANTS PULLED UP!!!
