This location was horrible. We walked in and were looked at by 4 different team members without being acknowledged. We waited another 5 minutes understanding they looked busy. We thought maybe they didn’t realize we wanted to order even though we were standing obviously by the cash register. We asked someone if we could place an order and were met with a single finger from a team member. We waited another few minutes before finally leaving without getting to place our order as no one ever came to the front. HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE LOCATION. Will never go back

Whenever I walked in the place was very fresh and clean inside, the layout was pretty and the environment/ atmosphere was very relaxing and nice. The grilled chicken sandwich was very good and the oreo blizzard was delicious.

I know the tall young man that help me has a diminished capacity. Hope the owners know I appreciate them taking a project like that on. Please encourage him. He needs some extra TLC. Maybe make him a list of things that he can accomplish everyday. By putting check marks on tasks completed. Seems like he needs some visual motivation. Thank you for the quality service.

A little bit sketchy and with slow service. Desserts and ice cream are exquisite, but ordinary meals may use some enhancement. Bathrooms are not the cleanest but it could have been from all the construction workers that were there at the same time.
