First time I’ve ever been disappointed by Jimmy John’s I bit into my sandwich and could taste how brown and stale the lettuce was, long before I split it open. Pretty sure lettuce is one of the cheapest ingredients/toppings offered, so no idea why I wasn’t given fresh?? Step it up guys. Quality counts. First and last time at this location. There’s plenty of others in the area to chose from.

Constant delivery problem. I thought Jimmy Johns was freaky fast delivery. I don’t think 45 mins is fast delivery. This has been going on for 6 months or so. Don’t accept my order if you are not going to deliver on time. Refund my money if I get a soggy sandwich and diluted drink.

My office is close by so my team eats here ALOT. This store has always been fantastic. They’re so fast and have great customer service – even during lunch when they’re slammed. The staff always steps up to go above and beyond in their deliveries and online orders. Really appreciate they always go the extra mile to give their customers a positive experience.

Ordered a sandwich for delivery 35 minutes ago. Nothing being done. I tried calling and they don’t answer. I tried the corp. office and they say I have to contact the store. I am ok with them not being able to deliver today because of weather. But I just want to be able to cancel the order then. And nobody will talk to me to cancel the order or refund my money for nothing being done.

They have tasty stuff. I wish they had a drive through so I could go here more often. I always have two small kids with me which isn’t conducive to running in “real quick.” I like the BLT and the turkey ones the best. And the pickles are pretty delicious, too. Driving in that area around dinner time kind of sucks though.
