Los Altos is always a good bet. The food is typical Mexican fare. They do a good job with it. The food is hot and portions good sized. Service is generally good. As a smaller restaurant they can occasionally get overwhelmed, but as long as you’re patient, this isn’t a problem. Prices are fair and what I would expect ($30 after tip without drinks for two) at any other place like this.

Every time I order from this location, I am more disappointed each time. The food is just not good. It’s thrown together in the containers, containers are smashed and disorganized. Half the time the order is wrong or missing items. Staff are unfriendly. The cashier demanded that I leave a tip for a take out order – for which I was only able to eat half of my food because the rest looked completely unappealing. Go to the Stuart location or order a pizza!

The food was delicious and you could tell it was made fresh to order. They were quick to get our drinks out and chips and salsa to the table. The staff were friendly and also fun making it a lunch to remember !

It was ok. Service definitely could better. If you are not local to the Panora you are definitely not getting great service. Server was more worried about the other people. You can tell they were local. Chips are terrible they are stale have been fried for a long time. Portions are definitely not the same across all locations. If you want better service and bigger portions go to Stuart. The menus no longer have the prices on them. You have to scan the code on the menus to see pricing.

I kept trying, but the last 4 experiences were awful. The food was sitting in a pool of orange oil, the chips tasted stale and rancid, the meal was so salty we couldn’t taste anything else, and the wait staff were bickering and ignoring us. It’s very unfortunate – we’d love to support a local business.

There’s always room for improvement. The service wasn’t very friendly. There were four of us and two got there meal twelve minutes before the other two. We didn’t get drinks until after the last two people got their food. They need to hire people who smile, are not rude to customers, and maybe serve fresh chips. Madrid’s Mexican restaurant is hard to beat.
