Didn’t really feel a “welcome” vibe from the employees but this location is really clean! I really like that it has an open feel. Their food was pretty good, my only complaint is that my bread had a weird texture/taste (like it wasn’t fresh maybe?) so I mainly tried to just eat the middle of the sandwich with all the stuff. We were the only ones here when we went it, ordered 2 sandwiches and waited only about 5 minutes for the sandwiches. For 2 regular size sandwiches, 2 chips and 1 cookie it was about $29 so the price wasn’t “horrible” but it’s definitely not something we would get often.

The staff was more concerned about having their own conversation when taking our order despite being empty… also rather than doing things like stocking napkins, cleaning etc the employees all stood behind the counter and conversed loudly enough where it seemed we were in a frat house rather than a sub shop. The soda machine wasn’t working properly… half the sodas were either too watery or too syrupy, ice was out and the machine itself didn’t chill the liquid. Food didn’t taste that great either, bland, dry, and wasn’t what we really hoped for. Overall a D- rating…

Normally, I love Jersey Mike’s I’ve only ever been to the one in Springville UTAH and I was severely disappointed we came to the Spanish Fork UTAH location today, not only were the bathrooms disgusting but the whole restaurant was in pretty rough shape. When I asked if I could get a wash cloth to clean off the table with the cashier said they get to it when they had time. True they were busy, but the tables were so dirty, I didn’t feel comfortable sitting down. I said I don’t mind, and he handed me a napkin. Lastly, one of the workers had fairly long hair that was flopped over the top of his visor, and I couldn’t help but think that this couldn’t be in line with Utah’s health code.

Oh it’s all about the Giant #44!!! This sandwhich is legendary. The buffalo chicken cheese steak is my favorite sub from any sub shop out there. It is also the messiest, the sausiest and it’s the best. Buckle up you will enjoy this one if you enjoy a little bit of spicy.

I have always been a fan of Jersey Mike’s, and this is my favorite location. As with most of my reviews, it is the people that really stand out. The staff is friendly and happy, and they make amazingly delicious sandwiches. I even asked for a crazy amount of pickles and Kaisha loaded me up. Good food and great service is a winning combination.

The sandwiches were great, but they put a little too much oil and vinegar on them, so they didn’t keep very well. I highly recommend getting a hot sandwich from this location, the Philly cheesesteak and buffalo chicken sandwiches were perfect.

Best sub shop around! The Club Sub Mike’s Way is my absolute favorite, but my sister-in-law swears by the Italian one (whatever it’s called). The rosemary bread is < >, along with the bacon that is perfectly crispy. My husband and I split the Giant and can’t always finish it all. I wish they had more drink options, but that’s about my only complaint. Oh, maybe don’t order your sub Mike’s Way if you aren’t dining in; the juice will make your yummy bread sad and soggy. Nice, large, clean, single restrooms.
