They NEVER have shakes at night, they always claim its “down” when in reality they just shut it off so they dont have to clean it, and that’s what an employee told me. Also, they food is old, not fresh, sandwiches are just thrown together, fries and nuggets are cold or stale like they’ve been sitting a while. Not happy with the service, always have to wait for the food and they never put condiments in the bag, you always have to ask for them afterwards- even if you tell them you want it when you order. Every time I pull up after work there are employees sitting outside smoking by the front door, they go in when they see you pull up. I dont like being lied to, and I dont like the attitude..

Not only did they fill the order AND walk it out to me from the drive thru; no one complained or gave me dirty looks, either. There are 2 Burger King ‘s in town, and I drive a little further to get to the E Main location. Because it’s worth it. The food is hot and fresh, like you expect. The staff is polite. I’d rather drive across town for this than the shorter trip to the lesser quality Memorial Dr.
