This is a disgraced location to the owner or creator of Chipotle. You can go down the road three different ways and receive better service and communication. They are always out of things when they don’t even know what you are ordering. My recent order I was called and told my order was not in the system the reason being ” this is the ghetto chipotle”. That means what? Take my money and not deliver my food and then precede to call me and tell me you cant make my bowl ,even after the mistake is recognized. They cook it the way they want to. And 7/10 of the people look as if they hate their job. When everybody and they mama loves chipotle, the need to start back up that undercover boss because why are these people in the food industry and the last thing they acre about is who is eating? When it first opened you can tell they wanted the business. Now these bowls are thrown together always missing something.

When the Manager with Glasses there it’s ran properly. Today was Very Bad. My son found hair in his food. The gentleman that’s heavy set, tall, with glasses was Nasty, Rude, and Disrespectful to my son and I. I was there today around 3:30-4pm. He basically took the tortilla off the press and just dropped it in the bowl and slide it to the next person to properly fix it in the bowl. I said something and of course he tried to justify his actions but I wasn’t happy. I proceeded with the order because Chipotle is one of my son favorite places.

This place is slow and unorganized like I wish I could give negative stars. Picking up a door dash from this location. At the time it was only one guy but he was waiting for change. He had to wait 20 minutes for which he didn’t have to. So I’m at the store 11 minutes after the hour. I tell them the name. But them being so nonchalant is not cool. So after 25 minutes passed and I sat and watch people walk in and out. I stood in line to get the door dash order. They still didn’t get it together and sat for 5 to 10 more minutes. But I wasted 35 minutes of my time dealing with this place. They need to hire people that wanna work. Don’t play with people’s food or time. But this place some trash just because the workers. So hopefully I don’t ever have to come here again but if I do. Will cancel the orders everytime. DO BETTER PLEASE This happened today March 30, 2023 11:12 A.M. – 11:42 A.M. time frame

Just went inside and workers had already packed up over half the food and were preparing to shut down. They told me they were “out of a lot of stuff” but when i pressed further saying oh you’re not out of everything you’re just putting it up, the woman said “pretty much”. We just left thinking it was closing soon but when I got to the car and looked it up, it said they don’t close until 10pm. I’ve experienced this when a restaurant/shop is about to close but it was 906pm and they don’t close until 10pm. Horrible service!!!

I ordered online, it said that I would be lost at 8:00 without delay, they gave me my order at 8:40 and on top of that they did not give me what I asked for: a quesadilla with no leftovers in an inappropriate tortilla. this place sucks.

The sign says 10:45am they are supposed to open they didn’t open their doors until 11:02am. This lobby was dirty how and I was literally the second person to walk through the doors. Smh I will never come back to this location.
