Just wanted a simple veggie burger and ordered that. Then asked if it came with veggies like onions and pickles and he said no but he could add it. When I explained I just wanted whatever veggies they had on top it confused them but a manager was super helpful and they even gave me some free fries! The burger was tasty with all the toppings and the people couldn’t be nicer! Basically just a quick meal at an airport but the service was great.

Staff obviously hates their job and the customers too . Customer service was trash. Burgers are mini & 10.99 without fries or drink. Fries are 4.99 for regular size 5.99 for large. Wonder what the large looked like for $1 more, smh. Super overpriced for this mini, tasteless burger served with a side of mediocre customer service. It’s the mushrooms Swiss burger and it’s about the size of everyones expectations of Biden providing debt forgiveness for college students. Person taking order was nonchalant & not helpful. Previous order was wrong, our Order was wrong. The fries were decent, but I had to add salt. Total prices was over $40 for 2 fries, 2 drinks, 2 burgers.

Eh, nothing special. Had the Boardwalk Classic burger, chili cheese fries and a Coke. Burger meat tasted bland. Fries were fresh but the cheese and chili were out of a can. Coke was flat. Staff was very very friendly though, and the order was quick.

With the Chik-Fil-A line across the way going around the block, I would highly recommend boardwalk burgers. I was absolutely famished and it hit the spot perfectly. The standard burger was everything I could’ve asked for—I loved that they already put ketchup on it. The price was reasonable as well and it came out pretty quick. I also got the fries, which were hot, salty, and the perfect balance between soft and crunchy. Needless to say, I am quite satisfied.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I ate here last night and got food poisoning. I had to open the bun to see if meat was on it because the patty is small. It was ok going down but it had me with a bad headache and vomiting. I ate here around 1030pm or so, maybe they rushed and some cross contaminated happened. $17 to get sick never again had me down bad today!

Airport food is already expensive which is to be expected but the terrible attitude I encountered today is completely unacceptable especially with a $10 burger. The advice I would give to workers is treat your customers like you appreciate them because without them you wouldn’t have a place to bring that bad attitude!!

Stopped here for a burger during my layover. Ordered the mushroom swiss burger which was not bad–if I were to eat here again, I would order it again. Didn’t care too much for the fries…they were average and very similar to Five Guys-style. Location was nice as the seating is next to a pianist.
