Employee’s looked like they just woke up, hair messed up man was very scruffy. Chairs stacked high in corner, looked like they could fall. Upon checking out they charged us $9 for a 6″ sub sandwich only. We asked about the price and was told due to new owners prices have went up. Got in our car & sandwich wasnt toasted as requested. Won’t be going back.

I would like to commend a lady who works here. Her name is Nicole. When tropical storm Zeta came through many found themselves with no power and needing to go out for food. Everywhere was stressful and everyone was stressed. Nicole was as sweet as she could be. Very delightful and made the worst situation not so bad. Two thumbs up to miss Nicole. So sweet!!!

Place was dirty, the meats and cheeses were dry and stale looking. The vegetables were brown and gross. The absolute worst part of it was the employees who did not have a clue what they were doing. The one girl would ask what we wanted, look down and by the time she looked back up she had to ask again what we wanted, was she high?! This happened no less than 6 times! The sandwhich I got was absolutely butchered. My bread was cut so close to the bottom it was a huge piece of bread up top and a thin flap on the bottom. It was torn in several places from how the employee gripped it while cutting. So was my wifes and my sons. By the time I watched them wrap our sandwiches haphazardly my wife and I couldnt wait to pay just to get the hell out of this Subway. Never again will I stop here and I hope they close it down.

Neither employee was wearing a face mask. When I asked one of them why they weren’t wearing a face mask she became very belligerent and rude. After a moment to think about whether or not to order from her we decided to leave without ordering. They definitely lost our business. All the Walmart employees had on on face masks and a majority of Walmart customers were wearing them. No more Subway for us!

I would give 0 stars if I could. After waiting 20 minutes I noticed the cashier was not wearing any hair restraint, I was very hungry so I decided to take my chances. Then the cashier did not wash her hands after handling money and started putting on another pair of gloves and proceeded to lick her finger to open the glove! I confronted her and told her that made me lose my appetite. With Cov19 going around she is putting herself and the public at risk and violating basic health codes.

0 stars. Every time I come here, it’s a disaster. Had an employee literally stop making my sandwich to answer her cell phone…with her gloves on. I left. Today after waiting 10 min staring at a sign that said “be right back” I left. Veggies are brown and wilted. I’ll gladly go somewhere else.

Missed the mark three times. Ordered an oven roasted chicken. They were out of chicken. Asked to get an Icee. The Icee machine was down. Decided to get a Coke. Coke came out of the machine clear.

Over charged me for a footlong subway melt and a iced it came out to 18.04 I went back in there to figure out why I was charged so much and they sat there laughing at me!!!! Would not recommend to anyone
