This was a perfect first stop while hitting the area like ya know how ya taking a chance stopping somewhere new with the fam to eat and hoping ya dont get the worng thing? Such a cute little spot! Stopped here on our way back to Jersey and best decision EVER. My bf got the chocolate chip pancakes (best he said he’s ever had) and I got the waffle sandwich with turkey sausage and homefries. Everything was sooooo good and fresh. Iced coffee was yummy too. Our server was incredibly nice and sweet. Also the cook. Will definitely be returning when we’re in the area

We are from out of town. My son got chocolate chip pancakes which were decent. Husband got French Toast which he said was pretty good. I got a traditional breakfast which was awful. The eggs were flat, the bacon and toast were charcoal, and the potatoes were flavorless. Service was fast and pleasant. Although clean, we were not fond of the ambience. Radio station was annoying, all the benches were tilted back which were thigh killers. Still looking for the ultimate breakfast spot in O.C.

Cozy old school breakfast place that has great service and great food! I had the French toast which was SO delicious with the perfect slight taste of cinnamon. Bacon was nice and crispy. My americano was super good. Our server was very nice and the food came out very fast. Loved it!

This restaurant has a old school vibe when you enter. The food was delicious and the coffee was great. All the staff was great and polite. The go banana French Toast was amazing and filling. I enjoyed the breakfast so much I ordered something for lunch to eat on the beach. I highly recommend to anybody in the area. I will return on my next trip.

Only good thing was the coffee. It was not very packed but still took 10 min just to order our drinks, took over 45min to get 3 platters and the food was bland. Burned up our morning, should have just gotten boardwalk fries.
