We ordered large pizza with jalapeños and onions via mobile order. Pizza was soft and good spread of toppings. The only issue I have with dominoes is they seemed to stopped giving red chilli flakes packs which are useful specially when folks are traveling.

Had a horrible move and stuck in a hotel for days trying to find a place and not break the bank on food as well. Have ordered twice from this Domino’s and food was as expected and even received a free pizza because it took a bit on a Friday night even though we never complained! Delivery drivers both times were awesome!

Just finished working there, now I can publicly say what they ask employees to do daily. We are told to change expiration date stickers on all bread, sauces, and keep all items on makeline that should be thrown away. Friday night? You have a 75% chance of eating expired dough. Everyday you will be eating expired pizza sauce if you eat before 5pm. Not to mention you may be eating 3 day expired Alfredo or pizza toppings. On Any given day. Wish I could have came clean sooner but I got a kid yall. Not to mention a major ant infestation. Watch out for the corn meal yall. Be safe.

We ordered 2 pizzas, pasta, and parmesan bites with baked cheese sauce. The order arrived on time and everything was right except one pizza was missing one topping and the parmesan bites were not there. I looked at receipt and there was no parmesan bites on it, just the dip. The coupon I used was for both parm bites and dipping cheese sauce. I called Dominos and they didn’t blame me or anything like that. Offered to send more bites and than I told them about my pizza missing a topping, and they agreed to send both within 15 minutes. They are busy because of graduation and they only have 4 drivers and they are killing it! I appreciate the hard work at Dominos Pizza Bendt Dr. in Rapid City. I didnt expect this and I believe no other pizza place would help someone this well. Thanks for everything Dominos!

Make sure you request coupons when you order or you will get price gouged. They wouldn’t honor their coupons because my daughter didn’t ask for anything when ordering. Customer service should offer you coupons and deals to make your experience better.

During these times it is important to remember that many fast food places are understaffed and stressed. Those that still keep a positive attitude even if they don’t feel that way definitely go a long way when communicating with customers. I can only speak from my experience at this domino’s, but I’ve always had great experiences. Alex is usually our delivery driver, and he is wonderful, on time, and nice!

This dominos doesn’t even deserve one star. Customers service absolutely sucks. Drivers didn’t even bother coming to the door to deliver the order, claim we put the wrong address down, then when we called the store the manager hang up the phone when we tried to figured out where our food was.

I give you zero stars worst service I’ve had in my entire life I get my pizza an hr and a half later after getting a phone recording saying it will be here soon the box is covered in grease its disgusting it’s cold never again will I ever order a pizza from this establishment terrible service terrible timing 2hrs over all for a cold greasy crapy pizza I highly recommend pizza hut hell little Cesar’s over this place!!!!!!
