Ordered a pretzel crust pizza, and these employees must think their customers are idiots. They put the salt on a regular pizza thinking i wouldn’t notice. Then when you call they refuse to answer the phone.

They told me they were out of boxes. I was in a hurry and didn’t open the box in the store. I should have. The pizza was cut and the part they cut was put on top of the pizza. It was a mess. Note to self, always open the box before leaving the store.

We went in to order a pizza. I then noticed the meal deals and asked the cashier some questions about them. She didn’t know answers and had to ask a coworker. They didn’t have the pineapple pizza deal or the pineapple Pepsi they advertise. The place was very run down and gloomy. Employees seem bored out of their minds as well. We ended up deciding against this place and went to Nonna’s down the street.

Waited an hour for my pizza, said it was in the oven for 30 minutes, then it said it was done and to go to the cashier bc it “couldn’t fit” the cashier tells me it’s not ready. for the HOUR that i waited, and to tell me that it’s done but still have to wait bc it’s NOT done. ridiculous. i would understand if it was busy, but it wasn’t, the associates were just in back working slow and laughing around. wearing airpods most likely not listening to customers orders.

Very fast and friendly service. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was promptly asked about my order that I was waiting on. They were making it at the time and I knew it would be a bit of a wait for what I ordered. I got a cool little batman poster for ordering the batman calzony it came as a surprise because I wasn’t expecting anything other than what I ordered. I’m very happy I chose to come here for lunch today.

I ordered online for a noon delivery. Door Dash got there closer to 12:30 when text said 11:59. App didn’t respond. Tried calling Caesars getting to a human disastrous. Pizza came students were impressed. Use again, maybe. This was Blue Island location.

Guy at register handling cash and picking his nose went to the back to help make pizza and didn’t wash his hands dipped his hand in the cheese and then rubbed his pants . The manager on down to the cashier needs to be fired this place is unacceptable on every level People work hard for there money and come to your restaurant and they get no quality service this is not acceptable, i was served uncooked pizza that i waited 45 min to receive and it was not busy at all. They wouldn’t take a new order since 10:20 even though they close at 11:00. All lights off and rude guy saying no new orders because the system automatically shuts down and all they have is clean up 40 before closing time!
