I just left the drive through with nobody behind me. The young girl that took my payment was very unprofessional and did not have any kind of hair netting or protective covering as well as a bandage on her finger with no glove to anything covering it. There were two other young kids working there as well. After payment was made, it took way too long to receive my order. I was also not given drinks until I had to ask for them. I watched those 3 kids stand around the entire time. The young girl with no food service protection sat down next to the others that were standing. The young man that handed me my drinks after having to ask for them told me to have a nice evening in an extremely passive aggressive condescending way. This is not the first time the employees here have been unpleasant and unprofessional.

You’d think this place was closed. Both signs were damaged. Our food tasted like it was closed. The fritos wrap had stale chips. My wife’s chicken nuggets were nasty. The tots looked like they cabe it if Napoleon Dynamite’s pocket. They were all smashed up.

We ordered 3 dbl ch burg. 2 in afternoon.noone in line .sat at window 10 min. Buns crunchy patties dry and burnt . We went back through apologized to them not trying to be rude. Just wanted fresh burgers . Evidently the mgr got an attitude .came back told us she checked the burgers ,that’s how there made and returned our money . So pretty much refused to remake them. As polite as we were about it …now I’m pissed and insulted. I’m 53 and have been going to Sonic since I was about 10 or 11. And may never go back.

Not timely with mobile order pickup during lunch rush. I ordered ahead on app for a pickup time 25 minutes in future and food was still 15 minutes later than my pickup time. I dont consider this acceptable execution. If not able to timely deliver food, just indicate it in the app and dont waste peoples time. Cherry lime aid was pretty good tho and half off in the app.

I ordered 4 small hot fudge shakes. I repeated the order 3 times. I was charged for and given 4 medium shakes, 3 of which were messy and served in sticky cups. When I told the cashier the order was wrong, there was no apology, just the annoying question ” You want us to change it”. All i could think was if they have to ask if i want what i actually ordered then no. When I asked where the cherries were, I was told they were probably under the ice cream…….WHY? “A cherry on top” is the expectation. In 3 of the shakes, the cherries were at the bottom of the cup. I will likely not be returning.

The last 3 times I’ve tried to go here, this location had no hot dogs! Is there something Im missing here (besides being able order said hotdogs)?? Last night, I gave this location one final attempt…had to repeat my drink order 3 times, then had to repeat a 4th time to the rude cashier. Couldnt order any Coney’s bc this location sucks and never has any. Just needs to be shutdown. Doesn’t help it looks dirty AF. Gonna go make a hotdog now….

I ordered on the app, drove to the location to pick up my order, I tell the young woman I had a mobile order. She very bluntly states, “yeah, we canceled it. The slushy machine is down.” No apology or offer to resolve the issue. I asked, “can I exchange the drink for something else?” she replied “No.” Again, no apology or any type of customer service. I had a short 30 min lunch to get there to be told it was canceled without any kind of notice. When I asked about my refund I was told, “it will be 5-8 business days before you get it back.” Overall, the young lady was not very pleasant or kind, no kind of problem solving ability or customer service. Very blunt and off putting. No wonder this location cannot find and keep good help.

Our food was so nasty. My fiances hamburger was days old and the bun was hard as a rock. I got the new Buffalo chicken bites and they were just fried bread. We knew it was going to be bad because the person taking our order was rude and not listening to us. We had to reorder stuff at the window. Then they give us our food and we’re waiting on a footlong hotdog. The person at the window had her back to us and finally turned back around several minutes later and said was there something else you needed. Yes. We need our food please. What a mess…

The general manger with the short haircut that is uneven and nasty lip ring in her mouth is very nasty! She had the nerve to serve us some cold food and when we went back she had the nastiest attitude. We asked for a drink while we waited since we had to come all the way back and she said no! This is why y’all restaurant will always be below everyone else. Nasty customer service and rude attitude. Then her lazy general manager is going to tell the other lady you are a manager you can handle them. Meanwhile she sitting up there eating all the food for FREE lol. That’s okay we will call corperate! Should have stuck to McDonald’s much better customer service!
