I let them know it was my first time and so I asked what’s on the menu and they offer the food that was already there and on top of that I ordered my food they offer the eight piece with one side I let them know I wanted 2 other sides which is the macaroni and potato and they did not charge me for it; it was close to closing they didn’t charge me for the 2 extra sides because they did not want to do the order. And I also asked for 2 extra white gravy’s and so I may think they gave me the side but they didn’t and the guys told me since you were waiting for a long time i threw in extra bread for your wait I was waiting for a while. Bad service. I will not go there no more and sadly the chicken came out under cooked as well. First and last time. Not my money worth. I will need to speak with headquarters to let them know about Charlie the manager he couldn’t do anything about it and was really rude when I called back the store you don’t need that type of people working for you it’s not golden chick fault but this is something that needs to be adjusted. You need people that will represent you like you should. There was a manager on duty and still could not do my order rite. If you are not capable of working in a Restaurant to serve the people rite and even before closing time you should not be working. People expect and Deserve to get a nice good meal.

For some reason I always go for their chicken tenders, they are really warm and good tasting. They have a decent menu. Their raspberry lemonade is amazing, I always drink it and the rolls are so soft you can eat them like cotton candy. We get food from here at least once a week. And the fries are amazing, they feel like they are baked instead of fried, which makes it seem as if you were eating healthy. I do recommend this restaurant.

I live approximately 25 minutes away from from the store. I ordered through the drive-thru and didn’t realize they screwed up my order until I got home. I called explain the problem they said come back and they’ll make it right. I went back when inside spoke to them and they were basically very rude. Corrected my order and I requested a sweet tea to go for the ride home.

This one employee by the name Angie, (orange hair) was very rude, rolling her eyes and just having a nasty attitude towards me while I’m trying to get my correct order since they messed it up the night before. I’ve never had horrible customer service from here but my encounter with her was bad!
