Store closes at 10. Location wouldn’t accept online orders at 9, attempted to call and place an order but no one at the location would answer. Drove to location to place order, found employees on phones at front counter talking, when I attempted to place order at 930 was told they don’t make pizzas after 930. Solid business model.

This location has a huge language barrier. I ordered 2 extra most bestest (one pepperoni and one cheese) the guy said no. He said that they didn’t have it. I pointed to the menu. Then he said okay. I request to have the Italian seasoning and butter all over my pizzas. He said they don’t do it. I said I just ordered last week. He then proceeded to charge me extra for a side topping. I don’t want anything on the side. I want it on my pizza. I literally understand about charging more. But this location is literally useless if you do not order the basics and not speak Spanish. Ohhh, they never answer their phones. It’s 3 pm and I’ve called back to back standing here. Nothing.

Placed a mobile order well in advance only to find out the geniuses running the place said they didn’t have our order. Then they finally (and begrudgingly) said they’d make my order so I have to wait an even LONGER time. This location needs to hire people who haven’t had lobotomies before, preferably people who can figure out their left from their right.

I was a loyal and valued customer. Nearly every Friday my grandkids want pizza. My order was missing the chicken wings. I text the delivery person and she replied that I have to contact the store. So I had been holding for nearly 32 minutes. After having spoken to a representative who couldn’t understand my request. He did, however, offer for me to pick up my wings. NOT! I explained to him that I was working, this the reason for the delivery.

This location does not follow store protocol. They opt to close before their designated hours. My son placed an online order at 9:07pm and arrived at 9:30pm to pick up the order. The door was locked and there was no answer. Attempts were made to call the store and nothing but a busy, fast signal during several attempts. The store owner definitely needs to be aware of this.
