We offer meal preparation that provides convenience, variety, and value. If you don’t have time to food shop and cook, or don’t even like to cook, then this is a service you need to try. Our meals don’t involve any ingredient preparation. Just put them in a crock pot, pan, or oven and you’ll have a delicious meal in minutes. There are two menus. The weekly meal plan offers seven choices that change weekly. You pick five meals along with the portion size. There are seven new choices each week. There is also the eat clean menu. If you are watching your macros but don’t have the time for the extensive meal prepping involved, then this is for you. We use organic ingredients that meet any diet or fitness goal. We welcome picky eaters!

I have been consuming Cooking Around Town eat clean meals for lunch almost everyday since they opened in Mt Juliet and I love them. The meals are nutritious, a great value and best of all they taste great. Thank you Aaron and Jill for making my lunch and life easier and healthier.
