I honestly loveeeee this place!!! Jamie is amazing! So is momma bear! But no really everytime I go in there they are super welcoming & extremely sweet. It makes it super ready for me & 90% of the office who just walks downstairs to grab either breakfast, lunch or a quick small snack. The hot foods is always reallly good! Tastes good & it’s also knowing it’s reliable becuse they are right there! Also extremely friendly what more can you ask for

One of Tampa’s best kept secrets, Family owned, the home style cooking and outstanding service keeps you coming back for more. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Also the brownies for desert are among the top in the bay area. Jamie and her mom do a great job! keep it up!

Rocsi’s offers breakfast and lunch options, as well as quick snacks, homemade goods, and a drink cooler with sodas, energy drinks, etc. The daily specials are my favorite (gotta try the stir fry and eggrolls!) but they also have great breakfast wraps (get the pico if you like a little spice) and sandwiches. If you show up on a week when they have the Rachel sandwich, do not pass it up!

Yum! Just heard about this place and we wandered over for lunch. There was a line out the door when we got there so you know it’s good! Lots of options!! I got the Buffalo Wrap and a side of pasta salad, both were excellent! I’ll have lunch for tomorrow after this as well. My friend got the Cuban and said it was really good. Prices are fair and the service is great!

Love this place. It’s been a couple years now and I’ve yet to eat anything I didn’t like, the daily specials are awesome (Chicken Enchiladas are the best), and I don’t think I have ever been greeted with anything but a smile.

This cafe in President’s Plaza is fantastic! I’ve eaten breakfast/lunch there on several occasions and have never been disappointed. On top of servicing the several offices in the area they are happy to serve walk-ins at any time with swift and great service. I would recommend eating here to anyone looking for a quick and delicious meal.

Rocsi’s Cafe is incredible! It’s homemade cooking EVRY DAY. Their Mojo Pork, Turkey BLT on Rye Bread, Pork Chops, and Egg Rolls are immaculate and I cannot express how wonderful the staff is. Don’t forget to grab a delicious cookie or brownie on your way out!
