I heard that the Asian Zensation Zalad was back and I was so excited. It’s the only thing I eat at Zaxby’s. The zalad was great except there was no egg roll and some of the lettuce was a little past fresh. I also ordered a Peach tea and it was good but way too sweet. I took it home and watered it down and it was perfect. My husband ordered the chicken finger plate. He said the crinkle fries were stale like they had been sitting under a heat lamp. The chicken fingers were good with the Zak sauce and the Coleslaw was average.

Honestly this Zaxby’s is usually my go too… tonight it seemed like they didn’t care… they didn’t even toss the tenders like the usually do the sauce was just put on half of the tenders… I for something that you pay extra for it quite ridiculous. Like usually they are standing in sauce… not tonight kinda of a dissatisfaction

Horrible service at the front counter. Girl had headphones in and FaceTiming someone the entire time she was “helping” us. Couldn’t hear us because of her headphones, got attitude about any questions we asked. She was playing with her hair while taking our order as well as putting her hands under her shirt rubbing her bare stomach. Just gross. Clearly a lack of leadership and expectation. High chairs were absolutely nasty as well.

Made a quick run through the drive thru late one week night and as always the line was long but moved rapidly. The window clerk and/or order taker was pleasant, clear, not rushing to serve me and I was out in no time.

This is a consistent five star (I go often). An occasional problem with service but nothing even worth remembering. Nobody is perfect and are always maintaining a friendly staff (even with a lot of staff turnover). Rare. Nicely done

They have a manager at this store name MacKenzie who racially profiled a young black man who was trying to be rehired there. She recorded another young black man being arrested by the US Marshall’s and assumed it was the young man reapplying for the Jon because they had a similar hair style and the same height. This is so sad and I will never spend money here. She needs to be fired
