Our passion for fresh food comes from our founder, Mary Vasquez. Throughout her childhood in Central Mexico, she cooked with her mother and grandmother, helping to prepare family meals. When she moved to the States, she married Mike, had children of her own, continuing to make her favorite recipes from her childhood.
In 1973, Mike and Mary took over an existing restaurant in Corona, CA and renamed it “Miguel’s” in honor of Mike’s grandfather.
Today this family tradition continues. It is our promise to deliver the freshest, best tasting California Mexican food each and every day at all of our Miguel’s Jr. locations.

Very disappointing went through drive through asked for a garbage burrito well chopped however I received it with the meat well done I also ordered a horchata and the cup was completely full off ice hardly any horchata. I was very disappointed k owing the high standers that Miguels holds there employee’s and restaurant.

Cashier Employee MARIAM K. has a very bad Attitude. I misunderstood what she told me when I placed my order and as a result of that she gave me an attitude, She didn’t even hand me my receipt nor tell me my order #. She then Rolled her eyes and shook her head as she walked away. She then threw my tray at me and the hot sauce spilled all over my food. This a huge Lack of service by an employee who represents the Miguel’s Jr Brand.
