As a group, we went to Church’s to obviously eat some good fried chicken. It was around 845. The lobby was closed as the hours posted stated 10pm. It was Sunday night and sure enough, the lobby was closed. The food was good through the drive through, but we wanted to eat there. The guy at the drive though was friendly so credit where it is due. Around 6pm on 8/21/23, I went to the drive through, I ordered the 3 piece meal w/ mashed potatoes as the side. I get to my destination to eat before my meeting and saw that I was missing the side of mashed potatoes. I called and called and called and called, no answer at all. I had a meeting and by the time the meeting was over they were closed.

This is a great place to go if you want to pick something up to heat up once you get home. Doesn’t seem like anything is fresh at all. And not like cooked to order fresh, I mean, “Was this cooked yesterday or today?” kind of fresh. The white gravy must be made with angel tears or something because they are SUPER stingey with it. Like for an order of 16 tenders, you get 1 small cup of white gravy. Like, each full strip just gets one small dunk in gravy? Give us more gravy! And please serve food hot! There’s room for improvement, to say the least.

I’ve been going here lately for the Texas Feast and the jalapeño poppers and the customer service is absolutely excellent! Every singe person that’s taken my order in person or thru the drive thru was so nice and talk to you while you wait. Especially this tall white guy with tattoos, he’s the best! Thanks guys!

Everything was great, we waited a bit for spicy chicken but we went ahead and did the survey, it was all good till we got home with our family pack and it had 2 single order mashed potatoes instead of family size. It was a bummer!

Had. Stressful week, and wanted to grab a quick and easy dinner. The manager on shift was kind and helpful. The young ladies working the front counter were amazing. They had great customer service. They were pleasant and sweet. Single mom with kids and this place came thru for my no hazzle dinner. My daughter even accidentally spilled the gravy ordered. And they replaced it free of charge. Thanks so much it’s little things like this that remind of there kind people in the world still

I went to church’s because oddly enough kfc was out of chicken and said it would be a 45 min wait. Then coming here they immediately told me through the drive thru that they were only accepting cash. Lol it just wasn’t meant to be I guess

Since it was a corporate decision to make the wings microscopic like other chicken places, it is time to seek chicken that has better flavor, and that really isn’t hard to do. It was the larger pieces that kept people coming back, and since that is gone, so will the customers be gone. Bad management decision!

I don’t know if it’s just this location or all Churches chicken in general, but the place just sucks now. The chicken is always overcooked and dry and what they are trying to pass for wings is laughable. Needless to say this will be my last visit and instead will just drive the extra miles to Popeyes chicken..
