Placed an order for carry out over the phone. You could tell the staff member was overworked and tired on the phone and in person. He appeared to be the only one there. The food was chain quality. What threw me off was that we had to pay a dollar for a small plastic bottle of parmesan cheese. We have not had to pay for that at other pizza places. This location is basically carry out or delivery only.

I always choose this pizza hut for pizza and every time the workers are very kind and helpful, I’ve never had a bad pizza from here they always look and taste amazing, im surprised this place doesn’t have a better rating, I will definitely be going back again

I do NOT recommend ordering from this location EVER. Every time I’ve ordered or picked up it’s been wrong, not delivered and charged fees that are hidden. I would not give this store a 1 star rating.

This pizza hut used to be really good with orders. Not anymore. I have yet to call them and complain and I haven’t yet, but I feel like I’m doing trying with them and going to domino’s… 5 times FIVE I’ve given them the chance to fix the bbq sauce issue. I was nice and didn’t call and company, I just figured eventually someone would start doing there job or someone else on quality control would catch the issue. Nope. 5 times I’ve order EXTRA bbq sauce. I get pizzas that show up with no sauce. I even put this in the special order instructions to help remind them, ” extra bbq order”. I’ll attach my order and photos, oh yeah and the extra money I pay for the bbq, they send me a tiny container of it…

There wasn’t anything wrong with the food taste! I was givin an estimated time frame between 40-50min. The pizza didn’t show up for 1hr 40m, which at that time the pizza was cold and no longer satisfying.

The first time I dealt with this place Pizza Hut on Haines avenue in Rapid City they forgot my ranch dressing and when I went back to get it they made me pay for it after I already paid for it that’s when I first encountered bad service with these people the next few times they were okay and then this last time the girl came out for curbside took my $20 bill and $2 for a tip when the bill came to $15 and she never came back with my change so I went in to complain she said she gave me my change I wasn’t going to argue with these people again I just won’t go there I’ll take my business elsewhere

So, upon delivery, my driver, Nehemiah, presented me with this. I don’t know if it was because he nearly dropped, but caught the box before delivery, or if he was driving like crazy and my pizza slid all over the seat. The driver’s can at least check the pizza before they deliver them, or at least tell us if something did happen. Trying to get the first piece that was all mashed into the others was fun.
