PARTY BUFFET – CHAFFING SET
Includes one disposable wire chaffing rack, aluminum base pan, and two 2-hour Sternos.

Set Up Instructions:

1) Set up the disposable wire chaffing rack(s) in a secure, stable location away from any flammable objects.

2) Remove the lids from the two Sterno fuel canisters and place the canisters in the depressed areas at the base of the chaffing rack.

3) Set the full base pan into the frame of the chaffing rack.

4) Place approximately 1 inch of water into the base pan (it’s important not to skip this step).

5) Light the Sternos using matches or a lighter. Please use caution.

6) Place the food pan(s) on the base pan so they are supported by the frame.

Staff is so friendly from the moment you walk in! The chili cheese dog is AMAZING I’d hate to throw dirty Frank’s under the bus but…. lol . Seriously though, one Dawg is pretty filling. This wasnt some skimpy hot dog. I’ve had a bad experience with pretzel buns being too stiff but this bun was soft and delicious. I got extra cheese on mine because hey, why not. Not sure if it was necessary, but it was darn good. The kids said the ice cream was good and cold.

Went here for the first time for lunch today. Now going in, I didn’t expect much other than “it’s another hot dog restaurant”. Let’s just say I was pleasantly surprised. Everything about the place was simply wonderful. Staff was very friendly. The owner even came out and introduced himself when he heard it was our first time there. Service was very quick and food was absolutely delicious. I got the Island BBQ dawg and my fiancé got the California dawg. We also got some loaded tots to split. Prices were very fair for what we received.

My mother and I came in and got hot dogs and milkshakes. The service first of all was fantastic, the two people who worked there was so nice. The hot dogs where amazing, so tender and the toppings where great. We got the Chicago dog and the one with pimento cheese. The ice cream was also amazing, we got the Rainbow Sherbet and the Blueberry Cheesecake! I also enjoyed the atmosphere and the music. We are definitely coming back!
