It’s so bad, I can’t recall the last time I was not missing an item with my order. This time I was missing three items. The service was not good, they said hello, I paid for the order then they close the window. Then they open the window, handed me the food and said have a good night. Zero customer connection. It feels like there’s nobody checking the orders before they hand it out the window. They couldn’t refund me over the phone, they said I could either come back tonight or come back another day and get my missing items. Sadly, upon getting home and seeing are missing items, made the rest of our meal depressing and not very enjoyable. I really hope something is done about this at this location. I’d post a picture but most of our items were missing…

I like the Bell. I realize it’s pseudo Mexican but it’s good and a good price. I wish the consistency was a bit better but overall it’s a good product for the money. They are friendly and quick. The stores around me are well taken care of and clean inside and out. An overall fav place to go! Their 2 buck burrito hits the spot when you only want a snack.

SLOW. This has to be the slowest fast food restaurant in California. Order at the kiosk because no one who works there will speak to you. 20 minute wait for 6 tacos and 5 burritos. Oh, by the way, I only received 4 tacos. It is painfully obvious the 20 somethings that work there don’t care. Evidently, they can’t count either. I asked for 10 Fire and 10 Diablo sauces, I got 7 Hot sauces. Sloppily made, half the taco was in the paper not the taco shell. Looks like it was put together by a blind child locked in a dark closet. I will happily drive 8 or 10 miles to go to a different TacoBell. There is nothing good happening at this location.

This place is closed half the time I drive here from Alpine around 10am. I don’t understand this. At this point I just expect the place to be closed when I drive through but hope it isn’t. Today I went in the drive through, waited around 2 minutes, no one acknowledged I was there so I just left.

Taco Bell is “love it or hate it” of course. I happen to love it, and you probably already know whether you do. The key thing to me if you do is one Taco Bell location vs. another, and I like this location. It is clean and generally not too busy. Parking is generous. The service is good even if the staff changes like underwear. ♂️

I ordered my food on the kiosk, so I was waiting like 4 other people. I had a T B worker come to counter and asked about my order. Come to find out that they had to input it into the system because I was paying cash. Another customer walked out because he was waiting for 10 minutes for his order. I asked for the manager and gave her an ear full due poor customer service.

This location is always on it, the drive through line gets pretty long but never too bad of a wait. Only thing I will say is sometimes by the pickup window there is a HORRID stench that blows up from the bushes. Other than that it rocks. Never a wrong order or item.

So this it 2 minutes from my house, which means our go to location. They often mess something up, but I still enjoy the food so we continue to come back due to cost and location we just try to check before we leave with our food. Since they brought the Mexican pizza back this month we have had them three times from this location and once from Claremont Mesa location. Every since one here at location is either not cut through, or broken in pieces or a communication of the two, which is weird the top shell is in piece but bottom not cut through? And cheese is barely heated and often not melted. Here is a picture from Saturday. In addition our taco supremes had no sour cream but did have the tomatoes. At first we thought we were just given regular tacos but they don’t come with tomatoes so who knows. My point is just make sure to check your order before you leave.

Do not order inside they make you order at the Kiosks and once you do no one knows anything about your order. Your standing at the counter for a while and what’s crazy is everyone sees you but no one comes and checks until your there for about 10 minutes, customer service is not what it use to be in general so stick to the drive thru smh
