Sushi was Good. Filet Mignon Hibachi was good. Service was Terrible. Why even be in business if you close 930 on a Saturday Night. We came in 9pm. They told us they were closing at 930. We spent about 150$ and we’re out by 940. The service was horrible. Since they didn’t want us there they made it known. Won’t return even tho the food was good.

Out of all the Japanese restaurants I’ve been to, I certainly think that this was one of the best. The waiters and waitresses there were extremely kind and helpful. The food, especially the chicken hibachi. I definitely recommend it to anyone who is going!! I absolutely love this place and I will come back often!

Service and food at this place is absolutely terrible. Hibachi place in Parlin is 10x better. Who I assume is the owner’s wife should never be allowed in front of customers. She gives off extremely cold and angry energy for no reason. Shes obviously very unhappy in life and enjoys spreading her negativity. She made our experience miserable. Food is also bland and low quality.

This is my second time in two years. I had wonderful food, great staff and my partner and I went again because of our first experience in 2022. I ordered everything from Hibachi, Lobster, filet, Xtra Shrimps and Scallops. I recommend this place. Mahzu was so accommodating with our reservation for a graduation dinner. Despite numerous changes, they were willing to work with us to help us celebrate our special occasion. The food was great and the hibachi chef was fabulous! Thank you!

This was the worst sushi I have ever eaten in my life. The fish was slimy and old as well as the rice. I ordered a rainbow roll , eel roll and happy roll. All three were falling apart and looked like they were made days ago. I’ve seen better and actually ate better sushi from wegmanns. Then I called to ask for a refund and was told I had to calm the owner”Peter” I’m guessing I will never get my kidney back for this disgusting mess they called sushi. Stay far away from this place. Unless of course you want salmonella poisoning.
