This restaurant was wonderful! Really fresh veggies – the papaya salad was delicious, and I had the Mi Quang noodles which were great. Service was very friendly and prompt as well. Will definitely come back next time we’re in town!

After a lot of bad eating and drinking, this was much needed. We found Thad they were opened on a Sunday, and both wanted pho. The broth was tasty and flavorful. The prices were also pretty decent. Overall, this did the trick and helped give me the energy that I needed before taking a flight out of town.

Egg Roll’s dipping sauce is different from other restaurants. There were lots of onion and carrot slices. If you don’t like peanuts, you should tell the server. The taste is something different and unique.

Amazing pho tai, great tasting broth and a must try. I come here whenever I can, and it is worth it to have a great meal every time. I recommend trying out the Com Suon Nuong, great pork chops and rice to have as a takeout dish too. The inside of the restaurant has a sense of minimal yet gives a calm vibe when eating here. After eating, I head to the grocery store next door to end the meal off with a good can of soymilk. Worth the visit !

We were looking for a late night Pho restaurant and stumbled upon A Chau. The staff were very friendly and professional. The Pho was amazing. We had the chicken lemongrass Pho and chicken Pho. The broth on both was flavourful and chicken was nicely seasoned and pull apart yummy.

Staff was pleasant. Pretty good food. Pho was very favorable. The egg rolls, steam pork buns, and crab Rangoons were tasty. The fried rice was okay, could have used a little more flavor. All in all pretty good food and will be back to try other items.

The food was good and the restaurant was clean. They also serve some good Thai dishes. My biggest complaint which I did not like whatsoever: I had called in an order and she told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived after 20 minutes it was clear that they never even started the food. I understand they may have some people who call in orders and never show up and they don’t like to take these risks of no-shows. If they are going to opearate like this then they should make people pay beforehand. (They do have online ordering available however I had called this one in) so my 20 minutes from the time of order ended up taking 40 plus minutes. Not cool. And by the way, Vietnam kitchen is right down the road (lots of vietnames live in this part of south Louisville) however they are only open 2 days a week now. The food at Vietnam kitchen is better. So I would recommend there before coming here.
