We stopped here on a road trip for a couple of slices of pizza. We got a slice of cheese and a slice of cheese with tomatoes on top. The cheese slice with tomato kinda blended with the pizza next slice next to it which was a bonus, it’s like we got try 3 slices instead of 2. We also got a Italian sub. It was so good, had just the right amount of meat , spice and heat. We will definitely return next time we are in the area.

The dining room is always empty when you go there!!! And that’s anytime of the day!!! There own brand of soda is outdated and there silverware and glasses are dirty every time we been there, but when your hungry your hungry!!! Bathrooms, they don’t stay on top of, and there food is no different then you can get at your locale take out joint, and the Waite staff have attitudes, hey its not my fault the don’t have customers, many everybody is at villa Rificis 308 w Absecon Blvd, you want good food and clean silverware, go there, you won’t be disappointed, if not well then you get what you pay for at Joe and John’s Absecon, dirty glasses and souce out of a can!!!! This is a real low class restaurant!!!! “Dont” go there” unless you want food poisoning!!!!

Out of town working and found this little gem on Google. Jovana was our waitress. She was awesome! We got lasagna, baked ziti, and Buffalo chicken pizza. Everything was great! Will definitely be back!

Popped in from Virginia on the advice of our hotel, and will be returning when we can for this real deal new york style pizza. Portions are huge, and the staff was great. Cant wait to try more of the menu. Loved the visit.

Food overall was terrible and disgusting. I went here with my daughter and we started out with garlic bread. I like garlic and was happy to see there was a lot on the bread. However after taking a bite the garlic had a disgusting taste to it like it was old canned or bottled garlic. Next my daughter had a philly cheese steak and I had a meatball parm sub. Now my daughter liked her sandwich, which I tried, and it was ok but I’ve had a lot better. The meatballs in my sub weren’t bad but the sub had no sauce and was dry. When I asked for sauce I was told I would have to pay extra. We also ordered the seafood pizza which is supposed to have on it sauteed baby clams and shrimp, garlic and olive oil. I asked if I could substitute bacon for the shrimp and when I got the bill they charged me for the bacon even though there was no shrimp. I thought that was cheesy to do. Last, the pizza was disgusting. The sauteed clams were from a can and it had the same foul tasting garlic as on the garlic bread. I couldn’t eat it and threw it out. The waitress, Amanda, was nice, friendly and attentive and did a great job.

Family owned italian restaurant. You know is family owned by the love they put into their food and the love they show all their customers. Joe and Johns Pizza has been there I believe for 45 years and there’s a good reason for it. You need to go there to find out.

Everything is heavily doused in low quality vegetable oil so the food is poisonous for health and the kitchen staff quietly stare at you as you eat. When I finally said “how you doin sir?” to the guy doing most of the staring he didn’t say a word just turned and walked away.
