Placed an online order for advance pickup and it was ready on time. Prices are way cheaper than dominos, pizza hut, and papa johns but I think it lacks some flavor. It’s still good pizza though with a lot of cheese. They also have a feature where you place an order and come pick it up from the machine (posted in pictures) I didn’t use it this trip but sounds very convenient so might try it in the future.

Super quick and efficient pick up. You get what you pay for here- pizza does taste a bit bland (super thick dough- id highly recommend buying extra sauce). Brownies aren’t made in store and were too wet in my opinion (cookie dough brownie). However this location is well run and prices are great.

Unfortunately this Little Caesars seems to be very skimpy on the sauce. When I buy a pizza with tomato sauce, I expect tomato sauce and not tomato sauce on the edges but none in the center.

Do not order here if you are in a rush. I ordered online using the ASAP pickup feature and it still took an hour for me to receive my single thin crust pizza. Mgmt complained about how they were being scheduled double shifts multiple days in a row. In the past I have enjoyed the $5 pizza deal but now paying $8 for a small thin crust pizza that takes an hour to pickup is not worth it.

I placed an order online that I needed cancelled. After 3 calls back and forth, I was not able to get anywhere with them. I came back the next day, not so hopeful I’d be able to my money back, which I didn’t. However, the shift supervisor (Raphael) was courteous and took care of me right away, by offering to make the order fresh. I know it wasn’t what I wanted, but I am grateful he took my word for my situation and made it right for me.

Ordered 3 pizzas through app for delivery. Pizza came half baked and was so thin in some spots we could literally see through the pizza. Drove back to store and all manager had to say was do you want me to remake them? No apology. I asked for full refund and I will not return. The worst Little Caesar’s in the city

Went to pickup my pizza for LUNCH and it was cheese bread with pepperoni and sauce on it and was cut like cheese bread. Guy offered to remake it but didn’t offer nothing for my inconvenience. This location lacks customer service skills

Treyvion, the GM, is a shining example of customer service. I walked in almost in tears because I was supposed to be bringing pizza to my kids’ school and your competitor down the street had messed up my pre-order. I came in hoping to grab 2 pizzas, but Friday lunch time is obviously very busy. I was distraught that I might not make it in time, but Treyvion was so solutions oriented he had me out the door in minutes. Huge thanks to him for saving the day! So grateful. The company should be proud to have a GM who represents the brand so well.

Unfortunately we keep forgetting to not go to this place. Always have much wait time after estimated ready time. Today we waited close to 45 minutes & the place was crowded with others with similar times. No one has the courtesy to apologize for the longer wait times nor inform of such. We realize it’s not what it used to be before therefore will avoid at all cost.

I placed a simple order for a 3 meat treat and a ultimate supreme and they can’t even get that right. Does my photo look like a supreme pizza? You have to just not care or simply was not trained well if you can’t even make a simple supreme pizza. On top of that the dough was undercooked. I’ll be checking my boxes more often now from this location.
