4th time in a row they got my order wrong. I called back this time and they told me they can give me a credit for next time. I still wanted my pizza so I re-ordered it again and they still sent the wrong pizza. This one’s under cooked and only has pineapple……. Paying for food and delivery and they get mad because it was done wrong and I wanted the pizza I ordered.

Dominos is forever my favorite pizza place. But today I was disappointed because they cut out 1 piece of my cheese pizza from my order, and make it whole pizza shape as I saw that hack on internet many times. Pizza was smaller than usual and pieces were all different shapes and sizes.Sorry for this review but I hope you never do it again for other loyal customers.

Manager “Nick” is awful and has no business as a manager or anything in customer service! I waited nearly two hours for my pizza with four phone calls to dominos and speaking to multiple people trying to figure out where my pizza was? I had guest that where very hungry including me. Finally I asked to speak to the manager “Nick” and he was very rude on the phone and told me I still had to pay for my two pizzas after waiting almost two hrs that haven’t even been started yet. I’ve been in the hospitality business as a bartender and a waiter for 15yrs and if anyone has to wait two hrs for there entrees it would be comped “free” Nick was extremely rude to me over the phone and made me feel belittled and stupid. I’ll never order from dominos pizza again. Shame on you Nick because I like the pizza but you have ruined my experience.

Got to dominions and was waiting in my car for curbside pickup but had to wait probably 5 minutes – no biggie. But then they came out with my pizzas but only had 2 of the 3. The guy went back in to find the third but eventually came out saying it would be a few minutes because they’d missed it on the order. He did take back my other two pizzas to keep them warm while they were making the others. But I was sitting waiting over 30 minutes. I finally called the store and the girl on the phone checked the order and said she had it right there and would bring it out. She brought them out to me but didn’t apologize for the wait until I stressed that I’d been waiting so long (while I’m sure my done pizzas were just sitting inside.) She was pretty dismissive and simply said “sorry and thanks for you patience” while she walked away from my car. Poor communication, poor customer service. I know they were busy but the fact that no one was assigned to make sure that a messed up order was taken care of and the customer was made to feel like Domino’s had “made it right” just doesn’t sit well with me. My pizzas were getting cold by the time I got home and on the one pizza I had had to wait for, the cheese in the middle wasn’t even melted.

The service is alright as far as customer interactions and speed of service for pickup. My problem here is that they make the order incorrectly for me a majority of the time. I order through the app and always select ‘NO garlic seasoned crust.’ That flavoring is the default and seems to be popular, which is probably why they always mess it up.
