The place was empty except for myself and one other customer at 5:10 p.m. Quiet as a library, no music to help with the emptiness. Lime green seat cushions paired with white tablecloth and a bewildering amount of blue and red fabric strewn across each table. Selected the brat dish that came with mashed potatoes and something appearing to be sauteed onions. Oily and no flavor. Mashed potatoes, without flavor. Not even the brats could save the rest of the plate. Server did not check back in, even to refill the water. And gave me a visibly disappointed look when I refuse to order dessert. I honestly cannot understand how this restaurant has such a high review. My impression of Alpine, is that of a business that no longer cares. Saddened that they could not bring something unique to The Culinary landscape of Naples Florida.

My wife is currently pregnant. She was craving crepes and we were looking online for places that had them. Went in and there was about 10 people having dinner. There was only one staff member as the hostess as the waitress and as the busser. It took almost an hour to get our food. I had orderd the crepes to go and when I got them the strawberries looked very old and the blueberries looked like raisins and i did not even receive utensils. I went back and I told the waitress about it and she looked like she was very confused and just said sorry, sorry. Then the owner came out and tried to check with the kitchen to see if they had fresh strawberries and he said that’s all they had. We Ended up throwing them away and went to IHOP..

Seriously? I have no clue how this place is still in operation. Zero ambiance. Service was awful. Food was bland and flavorless. It was empty and the service still sucked. Ugh. A disgrace. Please. Someone but this place and turn it into something. Anything. Cuz what it is now is a big fat ZERO.

Wow, this place has gone down hill. Menu items vs. What they serve is not consistent, Quality has declined as prices have increased. server pretends not to know the Eastern European menu, This place is really sad because it used to be very good.

I can’t remember the last time I had a $24 lunch but I did today at the Alpine Restaurant in Naples FL. and it was well worth it. The Slovak Schnitzel I ordered was huge. It came with Spätzle and a delicious cucumber salad.
