Nice touch to this base. Located on the installation so only available for DOD ID card holders. Typical Starbucks menu with friendly staff. It is within walking distance from the dorms, base lodging is about 1 mile away (easy walk), and not busy on weekends from opening until about 1030.

Coffee is great. Just super disappointed in the recent customer service. I used to drive farther to come her because the friendly staff was so engaging and positive. They even greeted me by name. Visited yesterday and although there was nothing wrong with the service per say. The atmosphere really lacked the friendliness and positivity that drove me to come even if it was farther or I didn’t need coffee. Please bring the friendly staff back to provide mentorship and training to the current team!!!

Maddison, you were awesome today. Friendly, excellent customer service, explained some of the different drinks, and offered to make a pour over (which many times is avoided by the SB employees). The Carmel crunch ribbon Frappuccino was delicious and it looked awesome too!

Very quick service. I have been to 3 starbucks in the area. The one on Wright Patterson is outstanding. I order the citrus honey tea (medicine ball) and it is always good. I always order 4. My wife and I drink one and I put the second one in the refrigerator for the next day. I reheat and take to work. It does not lose its taste, it still taste great. You will not get better customer service at any other starbucks. The staff is outstanding.

The staff is really nice. The cafe is usually very nice and neat. This one starbucks is not open early enough to get my coffee before work. They will not give you the free coffee that you earn during your visits. They are there own franchise I was told. Thank you for your patience by reading by post

Emilee, the young lady who takes orders is one of the friendliest people I’ve ever dealt with at a Starbucks. She not only remembers the customer’s names but what he or she is all about. I’m a customer service manager and I would recommend her for employment in any customer related job. Super kudos to Emilee.

I love this location!! They are always very polite and helpful, with fast service. They are located on an Air Force base which might be an inconvenience for those not in the military. However, it is an awesome treat for those who have to spend 12+ hours a day on base!
