I had to wait a little longer than I usually do at most places to be acknowledged initially but the food was good, staff was friendly, the restaurant is clean and eating atmosphere is relaxed and feels nice. The kid that helped me was probably 17 but was friendly and professional at his job. I was in the mood for Mac and cheese and as always KFC Mac and cheese never disappoints. And I was impressed with how clean the restaurant was as I have been in others that were completely trashed.

I love KFC, in fact I used to work at one in my youth, and usually this place is pretty fast and efficient. Just don’t be the first customer at the window come morning shift; very few options are ready to go like the chicken sandwich and such. What they have ready that early is barely “ready”. Wings and thighs drenched wet in oil and biscuits that have yet to rise. Both of which couldve used more time in the oven. But that’s what I get for coming in at opening I guess.

I walked in door and I held the door for another gentleman behind me. The cashier was running his mouth and went to the other man 1st, preped his order 1st. This Z gen kid saw nothing wrong with that. This happened Sunday 05/07/23 @230pm est. Then this child said to me, what can I get for you bruh? 1st of all, I’m not your brother, old enough to be your father, I have kids older than you. I called the restaurant to file a complaint and all I received was voice-mail saying, “We can’t take your call right now.” I’m at Popeyes eating my lunch right now and will never eat KFC again! The food was aweful. I threw out $30 plus dollars worth of chicken. The drink was handed to me with the top coming off and never got the honey that I asked for or a napkin to even clean the cup off before putting it in my car! Not going back. You can get chicken everywhere in town. Got an entire bucket of soggy greasy chicken. The worse chicken I have had in a long time. It looked like water spilled on it.
