We are visiting grandparents from Utah and decided to try Zip’s Drive In- Ponderay tonight for dinner! We have a family of 4 and the Family Meal was the perfect size/ratio for each person! They have Fry Sauce here on top of the food being so delicious! The fry sauce I asked for was jalapeño fry sauce and I must say that it was divine!! So good! We will definitely be back and add Zip’s to our restaurant list going forward

Was barely edible except the huckleberry shakes they were good, it was hotter in that place then it was outside and it was 99 degrees outside, my husband and I both had burgers and 7hrs later both sick..even though I now every place is different when it comes to chain eateries after this experience I really don’t want to try again anywhere but my husband always loved zips he grew up on it..but never that specific 1 again ever..oh and please put an out of order sign on the ladies room if your not going to unlock it in the 30min we were there no 1 went in or out of it but it was locked the whole time I finally said screw it and my daughter and I used the mens room

Usually have to try finding a place to eat since I have a dog and don’t like leaving her in the truck by herself in the heat. Would be really great if they had a few tables outside to sit at.

We got a chicken sandwich, a burger, and a bucket of criss-cross cut fries. The sandwiches were good as were the fries. There was a seasoning on the fries that I wasn’t a fan of but my husband liked them! We went thru the drive thru and SHOUT OUT to Devin, our server!

Typical ZIPS , order taker neglected to offer tots or fries, Didn’t think to ask for tots , but would have if they were offered. Oh well. Maybe they need to be paid 25 a hour to help remember what Customer service is about.

I stopped here a couple times and both were unpleasant experiences. The first time the employee I interacted with was just horrible and rude and I did not get to order any food as there were 10 minutes before close. Okay fair enough I thought maybe they just had a bad day so I tried for a second time about 2 weeks later. This time I did receive my food. I got the Cod Basket as they were out of the other choice. The fish had a slightly bitter taste. The tarter sauce was pretty good. The fries were okay. Nothing I would try for a second time. The employee was rude the second time as well. Blatantly just not okay with being in customer interactions.
