Got shrimp teriyaki and it was super tasty! My friends all agreed. I also got an egg tart and some taro bubble tea. The egg tart was soooo good! The boba tea definitely wasn’t icy like a smoothie. Great location to get some protein n carbs after a workout at Gold’s. They have screens to the left you order and pay on digitally. Pretty good selection of sushi. They had free water with cucumbers n fruit in it by the counter. I would recommend this and eat here again for sure.

Not bad at all. You can use the kiosk or order at the front counter. Industrial look and feel, the food is good but not memorable, however the 100 sauce is addictive and dangerous! Almost $50 for two people so don’t think the value was quite there.

I overheard our taekwondo instructor talking about how delicious the food was here so I wanted to give it a try. I ordered take out, but it was probably the best hibachi I have ever had. I did tofu with the spicy sauce. It was so amazingly good. I definitely will be ordering from here regularly. Very generous portions as well, I have enough for at least 2 really large meals.

Fast casual sushi and hibachi. You can order at kiosk or a register. When ordering on kiosk, each item has a picture which is really nice.

This place is an absolute joke. The sushi is trash. My girlfriend’s hibachi wasn’t good either. Guy at the front told us to order at the kiosk, that there are pictures to show us what we’re ordering. The sushi looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. Like so different they should be sued for false advertising. It’s not only not even the same style sushi as the pictures, but they totally rip you off and barely put any fish in the roll. One of my rolls actually had literally none of the salmon in it. And on top of that it just straight tastes bad. I got three different rolls, all trash. Don’t know why they ask for a tip on the kiosk either when some guy just throws it down on your table then you have to throw it away. Like they didn’t even take the order, the kiosk did lol. Ridiculous place, they’ll go out of business eventually I would think. Don’t waste your time or money.

It was okay. The sushi was better than the hibachi, but husband said it was just okay. The potstickers sauce is white and I didn’t care for it, but the potstickers themselves were good. The best thing was the crab Rangoon, you could actually taste crab when many places just taste like fried cream cheese. The drink options are bottled or boba teas. It feels like it’s set up more for taking out than eating in. There are only 7 tables for 4, so it actually took us a couple tries to get there at a time that there was a table available, but they are new. The hibachi steak meat, I’ve had better tasting and quality, I got 100 sauce on mine and it was thick and oddly sweet. My son got chicken hibachi with teriyaki sauce and his was not sweet at all. They are similarly priced to soho across the street but soho does hibachi better. We were there for my husband to get sushi and people eating sushi there seemed satisfied with it. The hibachi veggie was chopped in large pieces so they were VERY aldante, it is not how I like it but others might. So all in all it was okay. Nothing bad, but nothing special. If it’s hibachi you want stick with soho across the street, if you eat sushi give them a try but be prepared for it to be takeout. We might give them another go after they have been open longer and we are past the holidays.

The food was really good! I would even go so far as to say that it’s the best hibachi place I have tried in the whole Chattanooga area. I had the Vegetable-Tofu Hibachi with noodles and it was very tasty. Vegetarian options. Just try it!

First time trying the food from 100 Hibachi & Sushi. We got the Hibachi Steak and Chicken Combo and a California Roll. Was not impressed with any of the food. The food was very bland and we did not like the 100 sauce or white sauce. The hibachi combo seemed to not be cooked in any seasonings at all. I only ate a few bites. This is the first Hibachi restaurant that we have not liked. In our opinion, the other three Hibachi restaurants that are located close to 100 Hibachi have, by far, much better food. Would not eat here again.

We got the very expensive hibachi combo. The chicken was dry, the steak was tough and the noodles were tough and chewy. The shrimp was perfectly cooked, but only 2 shrimp in the bowl. I also got the spicy tuna roll. It was dry and tasted like it was at least 2 days odd. The egg tartlets also tasted gummy and old. We won’t be back.

The hibachi here is just not good. Something is up with the steak. The texture was chewy. Like it was brined or something. The flavors were off. The 100 sauce wasn’t good. The shrimp wasn’t fresh. There are 3 other hibachi options within a mile of this place that offer way better hibachi.
