I am one of those that loves Arby’s and the service at this location is always fast and the staff definitely delivers. I want to mention Stephanie(I hope I spelled that right) specifically. In a day where service in general eveywhere has seen a massive decline and it is difficult to even get people you need help from to look you in the eye, Stephanie went out of her way to stop what she was doing and take time out of her busy day to help me look for my lost debit card. I wasn’t even in the store. I called her and explained the situation and she stopped everything she was doing, did her best to help, and called me back. She didn’t have to do any of that and I want her to know how much I appreciate everything she did. It is refreshing to see people take pride in their job and providing great customer service. I eat here maybe 3 times a week just went there tonight ordered 2 spicy roast beefs l, this is all I’ve ordered since these sandwiches came out. Didn’t have any jalapenos or any cheese sauce on the sandwiches very disappointed. Service ws good food came out fast but was not a spicy roast beef. I spend a lot of money at this location because it’s right across the street from me so I am very disappointed

I ordered the Turkey Reuben and curly fries I don’t normally eat from fast food places but it was a cheat day so, I didn’t get my curly fries instead they gave me regular nasty fries, I was not impressed, sandwich was good.
