I haven’t been in here in about 7-9 months. I was surprised with the remodel it was a good update, but the kiosk were new to me. I have never used them before and the manager Travis without me asking came around the counter and walked me through it. He was very patient and understanding. A true asset to this company!

I went to the drive thru at 4:10pm on this Sunday afternoon and they said they were completely out of chicken. I don’t understand why this place hasn’t permanently shut it’s doors already. The franchisee needs to be fired. This is a repeat issue for months. How are you supposed to be profitable if you consistently, prematurely run out of product to sell? Especially this early in the afternoon? They had 6 more hours to go until the end of the day and they were already out of chicken. 6 hours of standing around, wasting payroll. Why stay open for the day? I’m done with this location. I’ll spend my money at a competitor. The KFC location here is pathetic and an absolute embarrassment. If I was in charge of this location, I’d be embarrassed. I’d have to sit down to reevaluate myself with whether or not I’m serious about being successful or not. I get it, not everyone has what it takes to run a business. It’s time to throw in the white flag and pass the torch to someone who actually has the competency and desire to make money.

My wife and I purchased a 8 count tenders and a 8 count bucket meal today 7/14/23 and our bill was $48.00. We took it home and ended up throwing it all in the trash It was absolutely unbelievable horrible. I tried a French fry and and told my wife this is like chewing on a leather shoe string. Then we tried the chicken tenders. It was absolutely unbelievable. You couldn’t even chew them because they were so rubbery then I tried a piece chicken breast and was so dry and stringy that ended up just throwing everything in the trash. I usually don’t post things like this but this was beyond disgusting. I promise I will NEVER eat at another KFC in my life. And not only that I will discourage anyone I know from ever eating in a kFC.

Chicken is as good as ever. The issue is this location continually runs out of chicken around 4-5 pm and will not make more even if you agree to wait. The other day at 4:30 they had no chicken or mashed potatoes. Whoever owns this location needs to take notice of why their sales are down, not because of lack of customers but the lack of service.

What a mess, waited for over 5 plus minutes to place an order at the counter. Was told 3 times, “I’ll be right with you”. Stood there patiently as other customers walked in behind me. At least 3 customers were also waiting and hoping they would catch up to take an order. Finally, a woman greeted me to say, “We r out of Biscuits till Monday”, that’s when I decided to just leave. The most mismanaged KFC I have ever encountered.

Went through the drive thru yesterday, all I wanted was a spicy chicken sandwich. I had to sit there at the speaker for a few minutes, waiting. Then when someone asked for my order, they audibly had an attitude, kept talking to someone in the background, and asked me to repeat my very simple order. I pull up to the window, and it took exactly five minutes to get my food, only person in the drive thru, person kinda shoved my food at me passing it to me. Not only was my sandwich not a spicy chicken, it was soggy and cold, and even had a hair in it. I did not receive my receipt for some reason, even though I paid with my card, so I have proof of purchase. 10/10 highly do not recommend this store.

We wasn’t even up to the door and a worker came out and says their out of mashed potatoes and gravy, no sandwiches and no fillets. Once inside with 4 workers standing behind the counter we was told to use the kiosk. No customer interaction at all. We get our food. My wife ordered the Mac n cheese bowl and it was cold with shredded cheese thrown on top with dry pieces of chicken that she couldn’t even bite into. We put our food in the trash bin and left.
