But it’s jack in the box so I guess this is what we ask for when we walk indise. They said they don’t take the app coupons because they don’t have internet. I’m smart enough to know that the systems run off internet more than likely. Too, I’ve used there wifi. This location hiked up the price and refuse to lose a penny to any coupon other than paper.

They are and have been having problems with their speaker in the drive thru. After multiple attempts at almost shouting (slowly) I still have had to wait to order at the window this time and when I visited with kids last week. They have everyone pull forward or into the adjacent parking area to wait for food and it takes a cpl minutes too long. Also, my daughter’s tacos were missing and my nephew ordered a cheeseburger “plain ketchup only” and when we got home the cheeseburger did have ketchup only but no cheese somehow. Have always been good location in past; but currently they are understaffed, (sadly who isn’t nowdays), but come on- get a new intercom/speaker/headsets or something..you can see it’s easily 25+ yr old equipment. Led to frustration ordering, long wait time, and incorrect order. Long list of problems for a short order fix.

The food at this one is usually pretty good if you use dine in or drive thru but delivery orders not so much. Missing food/drinks, they never give you your condiments, Late arrival. Door dash, uber eats, grub hub, doesn’t matter they always forget something. Tonight it was all my sauces my fries and my drinks. The uber eats guy took 45 mins to get here so everything was cold.
