Mozz is a high quality, artisan pizza experience. We source all of our ingredients locally from various farmers and artisans throughout the state of Utah. Every single item is made fresh from scratch, including our namesake MOZZarella. For this we source milk from a local, award winning farm called Gold Creek Farms. The milk is then turned into cheese, by hand, daily. Our dough is made using traditional bread making techniques and only requires 3 ingredients: water, salt and flour. This dough is left to develop flavor for 2-3 days in order to deliver the best quality and taste possible. All of this comes together with our locally sourced meats, cheese and produce to create dishes that taste as good as they sound.

This is some of the best pizza in the area! The location is nice and the workers were kind as well. The salad and pizza combo were great, and I would definitely recommend the white pizza! The restaurant is also committed to being a “green business”, and I couldn’t think of a better example for the Provo area. I look forward to coming back to this great spot!

Loved our experience! Great vibe, service, and food. We ordered the White and garlic bread w/ marinara. We recommend getting a little honey on the side to enjoy a touch of sweet at the end. Mozzarella was great and I’m impressed with the quality of dough (hydration, starter, and oven temp). Fun to have a different selection of tasty sodas to pair with the food. Coming from out of town, we will have this as a top recommendation and go-to for when we visit. Jaylane was so great and her recommendations were spot on. Thank you!!!

The pizza is a bit pricey, but the ingredients are fresh and taste great. The gluten-free pizza was tasty and doesn’t taste like typical gluten free pizza. The sodas there are also different, but loved trying all the flavors.

If you are looking for a great margherita pizza in the Provo area, this is probably your place. I’ve tried quite a few of the Italian pizza places locally and this is by far the best in the area. The cook on my pizza was excellent, but my wife’s pizza was charred on the bottom to the point where it tasted burnt. Despite the overcooking on one of the pizzas, It is somewhere I will definitely return to in the future.

I absolutely love Mozz pizza. I have been there multiple times and have never been disappointed. This most recent time, I ordered in advance on their website and they had the pizza ready for pickup and still warm when I got there. They go above and beyond to try and accommodate special requests and have always had great service. Definitely would recommend!

We’d heard from family and friends that this place was really yummy so we wanted to try it. We’re very happy we did. We really liked the White pizza. The Serrano Honey pizza was also really yummy too. Heads up: it was kinda spicy. They have some fancy fountain drinks that were fun to try. They also have one of my favorite drinks; lemon lime lavender soda. Sounds like a weird combo but it’s delicious. Overall, it was a great experience. We’ll definitely go back again.
