I placed an order for delivery and I told them 3 times I’m paying in cash because they love to scam bigger tips. The assistant manager William was feuding with me in order to get the manager’s name to make a complaint. He finally gave it to me because the call was being recorded. Don’t ever go to this place. This is the third time I’ve tried to make an order during scheduled hours and they haven’t picked up or accepted online orders. The hours were confirmed recently according to Google, so what gives? I have frequently stopped at this Jimmy Johns over the years as I live in Glenview. Not once, but on three occasions I have let’s say encountered irritable bowls after I ate my sandwich. The first time it did not correlate, but after the third time, I knew. I love Jimmy Johns, but this location has a problem, and the management does not seem to care. I emailed them personally and never got a response, so I guess they don’t care about getting my business, thus the writing here.

I ordered 2 unwiches with guacamole and there was no gauc on either of my sandwiches. Also, it took the “freaky fast” place 10 minutes to make my 2 sandwiches. I’m more upset about there not being guac on my sandwich though.

I worked at Jimmy Johns for nine years and I might be a hard critique but I have high expectations when it comes to quality of these stores. Time is 1:18 and the store is trashed, the sandwich maker had a terrible attitude, didn’t use the scoop to put my mayo on my Pepe. I’m paying enough for my sandwich so I want the full amount. And the dry spots!!! So many dry spots!! They had a food truck that was there but that shouldn’t be an excuse to not put in full integrity into the job. The signs in the lobby had dried up mayo dripping down them, floor in kitchen was complete dirty. If a team can’t do the simple task at hand then they not only loose my respect but also my business. Also the health aspect, girl on the line had hair sticking out of her hat and pulled up her pants with the same gloves she made my sandwich with. Jimmy expects each sandwich to look like it looks in the picture as do I. I don’t even want to eat this. Also didn’t portion out the onions. They put on way too many onions (13-15 rings) check your handbook. (8-10) I don’t want it to be over powered when I don’t ask for it. If she’s new then she needs to be supervised until trusted. Get it together guys. This was a really disappointing visit.
