Ordered a Chipotle bowl and a side of large chips and guacamole through the online website. I ordered white rice(extra), pinto beans, chicken, salsa, roasted corn(extra), sour cream(extra), guacamole and lettuce(extra). To the restaurant this relayed as VERY LITTLE rice, NO beans, NO corn, NO sour cream, No guacamole. The tortilla on the side has very hard inedible edges. The large side of guacamole is already browning and not a vibrant green anymore. This is very disgruntling. I paid in total $29.00 including tip for a halfway made order. Whoever thinks this is funny to purposely mess up orders should be ASHAMED of themselves. I will be receiving 65% of my order thankfully due to DOORDASH SUPPORT, but no thanks to this chipotle establishment.

Ordered $20 in delivery. Tortilla on the side was crumbled, when opened it was hard and inesible. Sour cream was in the bowl instead of on the side. Food arrived very cold, couldn’t reheat since the sour cream was in the bowl.

Never had bad chips at chipotle until eating here. They were over cooked and tasted bitter. The meat was funky too. The girl with the green hair copped a funky attitude cause I added a few things to my order after she put the lid on it. Like??

I always stop in to buy lunch whenever I go buy groceries. The line can get quite long, but you move up quick enough so it’s not an issue. You wait longer if you order online/ahead. The drinks and napkins are a bit hidden, but staff directed me to the area. Staff can also be friendly but if you appear to be impatient while waiting for your order, they will tell you.
