It was our first time and we had a great experience. Alexis was great asking if it was our first time in which is great considering they recently opened. It wasn’t busy so I’m sure this helped but he took his time explaining the menu and options. He was really nice and provided service you don’t get often. It’ll be interesting to see if this continues when they are really busy because there were only two on staff.

This place fits into the build it your way restaurant but with their own twist with enchiladas, soups and even stuffed peppers. We really have enjoyed our meals here. I like the red sauce better than the green on the enchiladas and the beef was tasty. The tortilla soup has a good kick to it as well. I am yet to try the pumpkin cookies but they do look good. We will definitely be back, it is a unique twist for sure.

Fantastic enchiladas at Gadzooks. Food is freshly prepared in front of you. Ingredients have terrific flavor. I recommend the braised short rib enchiladas with red sauce, which has an excellent smoky flavor. Chips and salsa are excellent. Habanero sauce has a great kick. You will not be disappointed.

Tried the Tempe location several years ago and thought it was pretty good but never returned since I’m not in that area much. They just opened the new location across the street from my neighborhood so decided to give it a try again tonight since I didn’t want to travel far from the house for food.

Opened April 1st. I went on a Friday night and it wasn’t busy, the service was wonderful and the staff was patient towards those who haven’t been before and thoroughly explained how the food line worked. It’s set up similarly to a Chipotle, and food made quick. The enchiladas were really good. The space is clean, ambiance is relaxing, and is located in a great area in Gilbert where there’s lot of new spots to walk around and have a good time.

Found this spot on IG. Cute place one of those build ur own plates. Good options tasty food. More veggie options would have been nice like bell peppers and lettuce. Good service, clean restaurant and restrooms.

Fresh food and great atmosphere! I order the chicken enchiladas, 50/50 (corn/flour tortilla) with their green sauce! Spicy cornbread is very yummy!

Exceeds expectations for a “lunch line” type restaurant. It’s fast and really good. Probably not the healthiest around, but when you are in the right mood, just do it. Jalapeno cornbread is killer and you’re missing out if you don’t add it to your dish or get it as a side.

I have been a long-time Gadzooks super fan, back to the days when they only had one location on 7th and Osborn in Phoenix. I used to work downtown but now work from home in Gilbert, so I have been highly anticipating the Epicenter location. We went for lunch today (day 4 of business!) and it exceeded my expectations. It wasn’t too busy, though I’m sure that will change once people figure out that they’re open. The food was as delicious as it always is – I got my usual, a beef enchilada and a smashed potato enchilada. The employees were friendly and already on top of it. I was very impressed about how smooth everything was given how recently they opened. Thanks to the folks at Gadzooks for coming to Gilbert!
