Very disappointed. After days of being out of frozen coffee its finally back and this is what my med feozen coffee looks like when they hand it to me! When I said something to the kid at the window he told me they didn’t put enough ice in it and they could pour more on top but it would be a diff flavor. I just drove off. Do better dunkin. I used to love the dunkins in columbia but my most recent experiences have not been good.

This Dunkin is attached to a gas station. They have their own entrance and you can enter through the gas Station side also. Just had couple of doughnuts and the staff seemed friendly and fast. No complaints.

When am I going to learn that this location is a hot mess and just not worth stopping at? I was desperate this morning and needed something to eat so I decided to stop off. Waited in the drive-thru line for 10 minutes only to get to the speaker and learn they’re not offering any food currently since they’re behind. I end up ordering a cold brew. Only after I’m halfway to work do I realize they charged me for a cold foam cold brew ($2+ than a regular.) So not only did I not get food and have to stop somewhere else, but I was overcharged for what I did get. This store seems to be in constant disarray, I guess I shouldn’t be surprised by this. At this point, if they’re not going to properly staff this store so that it can function as intended- they just need to close it down.

Decent people. Have been by three times in the last two weeks and nobody was there. Nobody showed up and this was over an hour after their open time. Ordered a pancake wrap once that was handed to me as a tortilla and was disgusting. When open – decent folks trying their best.

Who ever the young black lady is needs to be fired. There is no excuse for her to act the way she did this morning telling customers she had unsweetened if the want it sweet they can add sugar. She was arguing with other customers and being rude. Fairview is a small town and we don’t appreciate that.

Service-wise, had a wonderful experience! Quick to order, quick to receive. I got a frozen chai latte, unfortunately the drink was VERY lacking, very little flavor. I even went back to ask for more shots of flavor, and they graciously complied, but even the extra flavor did very little for it… Won’t be getting that again.

Service seriously bad I was told that it was a long night and my head is spinning can I pull up to the window to place the order after ordering 20 dollars worth of coffee and bagels I was told to pull up front and they’ll bring it right out after 20 mins I went in like where’s my stuff? They said they forgot me and wished my a bless day not even giving me a chance to talk never never again burnt bagel and cold coffee

Please close down. Asked for a donut I’ve ordered many times. They said they didn’t have it. It was on the shelf. Asked for cream for coffee and they said they didn’t have any. Seriously. Donut had no filling and was stale. Threw it away. Horrible 3 times in a row. Done with this place
